I called again to get it resolved and more messages were left for Lauren, who never contacted me until I got her email from her employees and I contacted her via that method. This tells me she never received my messages in the first place. No one took responsibility for anything. Just half-hearted apologies with no solution to the issue of charging me after I believed my membership was canceled.
