It can be busy during peak hours but they do a great job advertising when the pool will be busy or closed for swim meets or events. I think the price is also very reasonable.

The guards know all of the members and are always friendly and fun for the kids. My children always have fun playing with kids of all ages in the pool, going off the diving board, and on the playground. The swim team is a family, the kids learn so much more than how to swim and the parents become your friends. They have raft nights, movie nights, and other fun events. There is no place I'd rather spend my summers.

It's a nice size pool with many seating options all the way around. There are several areas with chaise lounges, umbrellas and tables, there are 4 cabanas to rent and many poolside lounge chairs. There is a bar with drinks and food options that opens at noon. The water is crystal clear and not over chlorinated. Water is a perfect temp to cool down in. It is open to the sky without building interference. Music in the background and a leafy fence to make the air conditioners invisible. There is a bit of noise from those on one end but not unbearable. There are also a few poolside games like bags, large Jenga and a sort of bucket toss. One downside is the lack of outlets and no hotel WiFi. Would recommend if you have some down time!

Matt and Stephanie and Ben ensure pool is always clean, and beds / loungers have all been updated this year with new basses and new Upholstry and new towels. I don't understand all the low ratings…read more A group of us decided to spend a whole Saturday at Penthouse. I went in with no expectations as it's a rooftop pool in the city. This usually means super slow service, with mediocre food. Needless to say, I was extremely blown away with the ambiance, food, and service. Ambiance: surprisingly when we went it wasn't as packed as I thought it would be. The scene was more relaxing than party central. In addition, the establishment had brand new modern furniture with cabanas and day beds. We had a nice view of the sunset Service: the service was 5 stars! Our waitress, Anaiah, was super friendly and helpful. She had a big smile on her face the whole time. She made sure we were taken good care of. Also, a shoutout to Ty for charging my phone. He offered to charge my phone as the battery was running low and he did it without a frown. Food: please keep in mind that you're eating at a rooftop pool not the Ritz Carlton. The food was pretty good considering where we were dining. I got the chicken avocado sandwich and my boyfriend got the hamburger. The burger and chicken were cooked well. The fries were crispy and delicious. I personally thought the food was priced fairly. We decided to order a bottle of rose so I can't speak for their drinks. But for four orders of food and one bottle of rose we ended up spending around $30pp (4 people total) not bad! My boyfriend and I ended up staying till around 8pm. It was such a relaxing yet fun Saturday! We will definitely be back :)
