My concern was how one person was going to move my large new leather sofa/love seat alone through narrow doorways, plus oak hutch. After 2 phone calls, I convinced them one person was not adequately. So, they had the installer bring his wife to satisfy me. This gal did not have the strength ...but, did the best she could. I was told by Wicker they generally only sent one installer. I was told, "well, he uses sliders and he generally figures it out". Wicker, your attention to detail and concerns was sadly underwhelming!

Their quote was in the middle of those I received. McKenna's is the only one who focused solely on flooring though and I made my decision based on that fact. He was also recommended by a family friend who was very happy with the work he did. I appreciated that Brian told me that the quote was the final price I would pay. There were no hidden costs or surprises that would pop up during the work. Brian and his team showed up on time and completed the job when he said they would. The final product is WOW - amazing! I forgot to mention the condition of the floors when they started...they were 1950's floors that had never been refinished. Carpet has been pulled up in certain rooms of the house and there were stains and areas that were so worn he wasn't 100% sure they could make them match or look new. Brian and his team did wonders. The floors look brand new! A neighbor came in and thought I had new hardwood floors installed. When I told her the price to have them refinished, she was wow'd too. Thanks for the great work!! I will be referring business your way.

I love dealing with Brian (and his sister Amy who worked with us a couple of times) to find what's right for us. And their installers (Matt is always in charge of the group) are fabulous!
