I know what your thinking, a sauna is like every other sauna out there, but to tell you the truth, I would say this one is so much better. First of all, the sauna experience is something that I have never experienced before and most definitely not like the saunas in the gym. It the gym, there is a possibility that you can share the sauna with some complete stranger. So having the room to myself is always a plus so I can just sit there and relax. Besides it being private, it's something new and refreshing. There is no steam or thick air that makes it hard to breath. In fact, I breath a lot easier when I in this sauna. The facility is nice and clean. Another great thing is the iPod connector. If you bring your iPod, you can listen to whatever music you feel like while your getting relaxed and detoxed. Lastly, for some reason I always walk out of this thing with my skin feeling really smooth. My girlfriend even mentioned how smooth my skin feels after I'm done with my session. Second reason to check this place out is the people that work here. Everyone that works here are super nice and very friendly. Even the people that work out here are cool. Who wouldn't want to come to a place where everyone is friendly and nice? Besides the people here, the price is great. I don't feel like I'm spending too much money to use the facility. With times like these, extra expenses need to be cut down, and this is one expense that I plan on keeping. Overall this place gets 5 stars because of the great facility and the wonderful people that work here. I'm a fan of this FAR Infrared sauna and I know I am because I'm here every week. I went to the 7 am boxing class so street parking was easy to find. This studio also has spin bikes, punching bags, treadmills, free weights and a Pilates reformer room in the back. Bruno was the boxing instructor for the class. He had us warm up running on the treadmill or outside. I opted for the treadmill since it was in the low 50s this morning. There were two other students in the class besides me. Bruno had us do 3 or 4 different circuits. My memory is a little hazy since it was early in the morning and I hadn't had any breakfast plus I was still tired from the previous night's workout. From what I remember, the hour-long class involved box jumps (up-down and side-to-side), punching the bag, working on punch routines with the instructor, side-to-side hops over the cones, smashing the medicine ball, and other ab-core work. Overall, it was a great workout. Everybody was friendly. It was my first time at this studio; I plan on going back again.

Despite their 5 min grace period, I missed the yoga portion due to trafficy streets + rough parking. That being said, add 15 min or so to your commute and you'll be solid. It was throwback Thursday, so plenty of old school remixes that were great. The instructors energy was good too. I appreciated the heat, and it wasn't super hot, but enough to feel a detox and a good sweat. I had already gone to the gym earlier today, so my legs were dead, so this class was a booty burn on top of an already burned booty.
