After a kitchen accident left me with two deep cuts in the tips of my fingers, my fiance suggested we call Sarah because she's done a lot of work in ERs and has training in plastic surgery. Such a great call! Sarah was able to get me in immediately. She looked at my fingers and let me know that I needed stitches. She gave me a nerve block in my hand for the pain which was rather interesting but it made getting the stitches super easy and allowed me to relax while she worked. Through it all, she was calm and patient, moving at a pace that I was comfortable with. At one point, I became lightheaded and she helped me out, getting me to lay down on the table and getting me totally sorted. I can't say enough good things about her bedside manner! She was both professional and caring and injected just the right amount of levity for me and the situation. I've been in a large number of ERs and had far too many interactions with doctors over my lifetime. There is literally nothing I could ask for that would have made my experience better. I won't share pictures of my fingers because they're kind of gross but I'm VERY happy with how she treated me and how they're coming along. Five stars! 10/10! Sarah is fantastic!
