I was handled with care in every step of the way. Genie is my genie in a bottle. She's very professional, very careful and I could tell she loves what she does and do it so very well.. First the assessment. Genie takes a good look at my face and skin texture and, at the same time explains what she sees and what she thinks I need. I replied: Please by all means make me bright and shiny! Two hours of pampering, steaming, peeling, and some gentle strokes across my face. She's very gentle and super efficient. Of course, I couldn't see most of the time but I could tell she was working her magic. Every product she applied smell so heavenly and friendly. I never reacted like cough or get irritated at all. Everything smelled so yummy. You know how some smell you don't do well with. Not one problem as I have in the past. Not her products. She explained that these products are well picked and within every regulations of aesthetic guidelines. I'm all for that! Products are both from Korea and Germany. All in all, Genie made sure I was comfy. She's open for any questions if I had any. This place is super clean. Best of all, she's on time! One thing to remember is to either keep your appointment or cancel within 24 hrs. Otherwise, it will cost you half or the full amount. I thought I'd disclose this info to save all of you some time to think. Either way, I thought it went very well and am thinking about proceeding to get a set of treatments in the near future. I highly recommend Genie. You're welcome.

I'm a little disturbed by another reviewer who made allegations about "vaccine" status etc as it's none of our business to know the personal medical info of a professional doing treatments as it in no way affects the client. You have more chance of catching hepatitis or norovirus from eating at an eatery than you do catching covid from professional skin services. Cassandra has always worn gloves and masks when doing treatments and to top it off she has written Covid safety and sanitation protocols for the esthetics industry that other estheticians have put into place in their own practice.

Maki is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about not only her products and practice but overall skin health, from the inside out. I've never gotten results like this from the other facials I've received. Not only did my skin look better, I was more informed on my skin and how to care for it going forward. I really appreciated that aspect of my visit with Maki. Do note, however, if you've gotten facials in the past, Maki's practices aren't as spa-like as other places - you're in a well-lit room, with all your clothes on, and there's conversation through the session rather than dead quiet. It's for the better, though, as Maki talks to get to know you, your habits, your lifestyle, etc to better understand and improve your skin during your visit. It is still a relaxing experience, but just different from what I've experienced in other places. I would 100% recommend Maki to anyone looking for a great experience. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I continue to see Dr. Jane Yoo for all of my skin concerns, and I continue to be very happy with…read moreeach and every one of my experiences at this office and with this doctor. I most recently visited Dr. Yoo late last year. I had a weird growth on the bottom of my lower lip that I was fervently hoping would go away on its own, but it never did. It looked a bit like a blackhead, but it was something else, because it was there for many months. Dr. Yoo told me the technical name for it when I saw her, but I don't remember what it is. It wasn't really changing in size or appearance, and unlike a few moles that Dr. Yoo has removed, I really wasn't concerned about it as a medical issue. Dr. Yoo let me know that because it was a cosmetic issue, I would need to pay the full fee for it. She estimated the fee, and it seemed reasonable, so I went ahead and got it removed. It took 2 separate appointments, and the final cost fell exactly within her estimate range, so I appreciated that. My growth was removed, and I needed to return for the second visit in order to get the stitch taken out. I was concerned by how my lip appeared when I returned, the area where the growth had been looked darker than I'd expected and a bit more red as well, but my concerns were addressed and allayed, and within another 1 - 2 weeks after the second appointment, my lip looks as though it never had a growth at all, which was the precise result I was most hoping for. Dr. Yoo's MA is very personable and professional, as are the excellent reception staff. The waiting room is pleasant, the checking in process is seamless, and I am always seen by the Doctor within a timely manner. I plan on continuing with Dr. Yoo as my Dermatologist for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend both Dr. Yoo and this Office. Seattle Skin and Laser is going by Frontier Dermatology now, so I may see if their new name is on Yelp, and, if so, I may repost this review there too.
