She's funny, relatable, incredibly knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable. One thing I really appreciate is how committed she is to continuing her education and staying current with the latest training. She takes the time to explain all of your options so you can make an informed decision before doing anything too drastic (which I definitely appreciate! ). The entire staff at SkinSpirit is wonderful. Vanessa was especially warm, approachable, and welcoming. The University Village location is absolutely beautiful, and it's a bonus that there's so much great shopping nearby. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend Erin and the SkinSpirit Seattle (University Village) team!

Maps told me it would take 45 minutes to get there. I guess it thought I would be going 15mph the whole way. I was finally able to call them to let them know I was almost there. The receptionist said it's 10 minutes into your appointment time so she won't be able to do your treatment but she can still do your consultation. I walked in 2 minutes later and she said she couldn't do it. I said I just got of the phone and they said I could so she went back to ask the nurse Erin if she could do it and she said no because her next client was going to be there in 15 minutes. The consultation I needed was one she had already given me. It would have taken 2 minutes. Needless to say I won't be returning.

If I could give the LaserAway University Village location zero stars, I would. They have a…read moreconsistent pattern of running 30-60+ minutes behind schedule, with no advance notice to clients. They overbook and under staff -- you're then left waiting while they work through their backlog. My most recent visit was particularly disappointing. It is my wedding week, and I had a facial scheduled -- an appointment I had confirmed over multiple phone calls in advance, with the details clearly noted in my file. Upon arrival, I was informed that they did not have a technician on staff qualified to perform the service. No prior notice was given, despite the multiple confirmation calls. I have multiple friend who purchased hair removal packages at the same time, and all five of us have had the exact same experience. None of us will be buying touch up packages here. Given the cost of these services, I'd strongly encourage prospective clients to consider a local business instead of this chain -- one that will communicate proactively and respect your time. I would not recommend this location.

I've had several laser hair removal treatments (I'm one of the lucky people with extremely stubborn hairs and a lot of them). I haven't had to do any touch ups and it's been over 8 years since I've finished treatments. I've been receiving tattoo removal treatments for a couple of years now (not nearly as consistently as I should though)! The two that she has been treating have faded considerably. Both were very old and very dark and I didn't have much hope that they would lighten very much. Boy was I wrong. They have faded so much that some of the line work has disappeared completely. Initially I went into it just hoping that she could lighten them up enough to have coverup pieces done over them. At this rate, they might actually be completely removed! Amazing. Today I just received my first IPL session to correct redness and some melasma. I expected it to be uncomfortable (it was not at all). She prepared me that it may feel like a minor sunburn afterwards and I may notice some redness and swelling. It's been several hours and I haven't experienced any of those things. Siobhan is basically magical at what she does. All of these treatments are an investment for sure, but laser treatments are definitely not where you want to skimp. ALCOS is competitively priced and I wouldn't go anywhere else. These women know what they are doing and are always professional and knowledgeable in every treatment that they offer.

The provider determined I would not be a good candidate prior to treatment. To my dismay, I learned this clinic attempted to charge me an $85 cancellation fee for not following through with their "treatment" (extremely predatory practice, especially since I said I'd contact my dermatologist for medical advice before moving forward with any treatments). Seattle Aesthetic Laser is trying to falsely claim I "cancelled" my appointment, or didn't show up, when nothing could be further from the truth. I engaged in extensive consultative dialogue with the provider spanning the course of DAYS. The only way I could get out of the cancellation fee is by agreeing to a different form of treatment their clinic offers (surprise, surprise). Obviously, I told my card issuer to reject the charge as fraudulent, but on principle, a respectable clinic would never treat patients this way or try this scam.

Dear Allure Esthetic Team,…read more I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery and post-op care. I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Sajan, Dr. Khezri, Chansotie, Tina, and Shelby for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Dr. Sajan was very honest with me about what I could expect from my surgery and made sure I had a realistic goal for my physical results. He was professional, caring, kind, and funny throughout the process. Dr. Khezri was also kind, caring, and funny. My sister mentioned that he stayed with the staff and waited until I was in the care of my sister before he left to go home for the night. Chansotie and Tina at the Kirkland office were both very helpful before and after the surgery. They were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Shelby at the Seattle office was so sweet, kind, helpful, and understanding. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I wish she would have been at every one of my post-op appointments. I am only a couple of weeks out of surgery and am pleased with my results thus far. I came to Dr. Sanjan from another state to fix a prior breast lift and mini tummy tuck. I will update you during my process. Thank you again for your exceptional care. I would highly recommend Allure Esthetic to anyone seeking medical care. Surgical team: Dr Sajan, Dr.Khezri (anesthesia), Chansotie (nurse), Tina (PA). Post-op care: Shelby (MA) Sincerely, Danika Bowman
