I found out about NuMe through a friend. They had just "opened" end of March, but with everything going on, they'd been closed. Just recently opened by appointment for eyelash extensions. They have one lady, Icy that does it and she did an amazing job! They felt lightweight, looked thick and full and the whole process was quick and very comfortable. The salon was very cute and well appointed as well. Pricing was really good too!! Under $200 for the full set and includes the first fill! The owner had hers done prior and told me that they last up to 6 weeks without constant filing as her technician does a really great job. Easy to find located in a medical building across the mall. Plenty of parking. Well definitely enjoy coming back for fills, especially after the mall opens! The owner was really nice too. She met the tech and I to let her in and made sure we didn't need anything. She told us how the office was remodeled and how she customized. Really nice from before. read more

Rating as "OK"... BACKGROUND: I came here a couple weeks ago with a group for Dysport. I usually do botox and wanted to try something different. Unfortunately the amount I got was too much and made my brow sort of sink, making my eyes even more hooded and causing the exact opposite affect from what I was hoping for. PROS: Staff are all VERY kind and quick to respond to inbound inquires. I was able to get in quickly both times I scheduled. CONS: When I went back in to see what could be done to fix my sinking brow I was presented a few options and we talked through the different scenarios. I was really surprised to then get charged $80 for the fix. It seems pretty basic to not charge someone for a few extra units of dysport to fix a sunken brow that looked noticeably worse than when I first went in. The botox I received for my crow's feet never treated the area and no change in appearance happened after one full month. I went back to the office and was told by the technician that yes, the botox didn't work and that she didn't give enough botox to the areas. Instead of refunding the money I already paid or redoing the procedure at no cost, she told me she could inject more botox but that I would have to pay for more units at cost. Because I had an important event coming up I paid for the botox again. Now I feel that this was a scam to get double the payment for one treatment. I felt giving me less botox on purpose would cause me to come back in and pay for more. This felt very sketchy to me. After the second treatment, she then told me to come in later and purchase more botox.!!!!! I will never go back. read more

My first time to NuMe. Great customer service, but I was not pleasant with the facial I received. Three reasons: 1 Clearly, the esthetician was not skilled enough to provide a professional medical graded facial based on my experiences with other estheticians at a professional Medical Spa clinic, not gonna name it here. 2 My eyes have been very dry since I was done with my facial. I think the esthetician by accident got a bit of the massage oil/some skincare products into my eyes while applying them on my face. 3 This place is filled with a strong fragrance, which is pretty off for me. Feeling dizzy. Anyways, the customer service here is very good, the rooms are very clean and tidy. Skills to perform a facial needs to be improved for sure. read more

Probably the best facial I've ever had! Vicky disappeared my pores! They use medical grade skin care lines, which I prefer. Most facials I've had feel nice, but I haven't really noticed a big difference. She worked some magic! Go see CoCo! She's an RN and knows her stuff with injections. It's obvious she has studied and understands the musculature of the face. I had a couple Botox units done around my lips (hate how the corners turn down over the years). I was nervous as I've never done Botox outside the forehead /eye area. The result is subtle, but I notice the difference which is the goal! Coco also specializes in lasers! I was super skeptical that a laser (that doesn't hurt) would give the promised result. I've had one treatment so far and I can report my upper eyelids are lifted, and my jawline is more defined.
