A BIG THANK YOU to Wade and Hedrick's Chevrolet !!!  Thru the years, My sister and I have both bought our Colorado's from Hedrick's Chevrolet.  18 months ago, someone had crashed at 60 MPH (per PD estimation) into my sister's 2016 Colorado while it was parked on a street. It was totaled..(we found that the Inside of the cab of the Colorado was totally intact!!!).  Well, we went to to Hedrick's spoke to Wade AND my sister drove home her new 2019 Colorado!!!    2 weeks ago, at 8:55pm her 2019 Colorado was parked in front of her home and was hit by a car at an estimated 50 mph( per the PD estimation).  They drove off.   I jumped in my truck and chased the person down, got the license plate and pictures of their vehicle damage.  We contacted the PD they took it from there.  The 2019 Colorado was totaled (again note: the Inside of the cab of the Colorado was totally intact).  So while she was dealing with her insurance, I contacted Wade at Hedrick's, I told him what happened and what she wanted to do....He was very reassuring and asked to have her call him when she was ready.  My sister dealt with the other driver's insurance and we went to see Hedrick's last night.  Wade was there  and was on it!!!  One and half hours later my sister drove out with her Brand New 2022 Chevrolet Colorado!!!  My sister and I (we are both in our 60s) absolutely LOVE our Colorado's,  The design is great, the Cab space is large and comfortable, my sister likes her gadgets and the Colorado's have everything....But for me, it's the comfort and the maneuverability, and the response when I put my foot on the accelerator while driving my Colorado (3.6 engine, Extended Cab, WT).  MY Colorado can turn on a dime, gets great Mileage (per my experience: 20-21mpg City and 24-28 mpg Highway). I get an instant response acceleration on the Colorado when needed when I am driving.... awesome!!!  I can tow my camping trailer with absolutely no problem (towing package!!!) and best of all, I feel safe in my Colorado.  (ie., I saw both of my sister's 2 Colorado's after being totaled, the Cabs were intact). We have now purchased 3 vehicles from Brian Foote at Hedrick's this year. Nothing but good things to say here! We have always gotten everything we wanted and more! Marsha and Brian are both so nice, courteous and manage to find us everything we want and more! And after checking at other dealerships for pricing (doing ur due diligence prior to purchasing) we have received the best prices out there, and the best customer service around! Could not ask for a better team, company, or vehicles! We now have a compact car, full size SUV, and a Diesel, all of which have been the best vehicles we have owed! We've never felt like we have over bought, or been forced into a vehicle. From someone who purchases at least 1 vehicle a year, I had grown to HATE car salesmen, until we stumbled on Brian Foote! Whether we have bought a $20,000 car or a $70,000 vehicle, we have been treated with the same respect! Hedrick's is a family name now, and our business will always stick there! I recently purchased a Corvette and had some questions about about a technical service bulletin covering the body control module. I went to the service department on 1/11/16 near closing. The guy at the counter was helpful looking up my car's recall history, but could not answer my questions. He said that I could come back the next day and speak with the shop foreman. I came back the next day, and was told that they don't let customers speak with the mechanics. If that was the policy, why didn't they just tell me that the day before? Instead, they wasted my time by having me drive back across town the next day. Then they asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment to have my car serviced. If this is the kind of "service" they provide, I won't be using their establishment unless I have exhausted all other options. I have been using Sunnyside Automotive Repair near Fowler Ave & Clinton Ave. for 20 years and have never had an issue with their work or customer service. Sunnyside Auto will continue to get my business. I guess I was foolish to expect that a Chevrolet dealership would care about helping a Chevrolet owner. read more

I wish I could give negative stars, this place is trash. Blake Hedricks, and Marco Peñaloza are both rude and disrespectful. Marco was rude via text messages calling me a liar because a family members credit score wasn't exactly what I said it would be, all because I asked why they wouldn't allow a certain amount given on credit card as a down payment when a family member of ours was just there and and gave 10k down on theirs and we wanted to do far less. I asked to speak to the owner (Blake) and he said that's between me and the sales guy...literally just wrote off the fact that his sales guy was rude and called me a liar via text and when I asked why he didn't care he just went to say that if we don't like them than I don't need to buy a car from them. These clowns don't are one bit about customer service, or apologizing when they make mistakes. I've heard a lot of bad things about them but I still have them a shot because of a family member that recommended them and I regret wasting my time with them. I would steer clear of these guys and just go to Sanger Where they don't charge mark up or treat you like trash. read more

There are 2.2 million cars with this known issue with the key getting stuck in the ignition. Hedricks would not fix the problem because they could not duplicate the problem, really? Hedricks had my car for two days, of course they can't duplicate the problem, it happens randomly. This problem is a known issue and GM is fully aware of the problem, matter fact two days ago this issue was posted in the Fresno Bee. Hedricks wanted to run this issue through my extended warranty, when the CEO of GM Mary Barra stated that GM will fix this issue at no charge to the car owner. But, Hedricks would not fix the problem because they could not duplicate the problem. WE know what the problem is! They also wanted to charge me $160 diagnostic fee. I recently had my GMC Yukon Denali repaired at Hedrick's Chevrolet (May 7, 2025), and I was very impressed with the service I received. Even though it's not a Chevrolet, it is close enough and the team handled everything professionally. My service representative, Marty was honest, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. When the repairs turned out to be more extensive than initially expected, he was upfront about everything and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. The cashier was also very kind and professional, making the overall experience smooth and reassuring. It can be hard to find an auto repair shop you truly trust, but I believe Hedrick's Chevrolet is one of the honest ones. I would absolutely recommend this business to others. read more

I've never had a problem with Hedrick's Sales or Service. I've bought 2 cars there and my parents have both purchased a vehicle there. Not to mention, I have a brother who lives down in San Diego and he doesn't buy his vehicles anywhere else. Perhaps Sergio you could have walked up to the showroom and found someone to talk to. I've never had a problem finding a sales person or service advisor in the 8 years that I have been going to Hedrick's to buy my vehicles and to have them serviced. Did you ever consider that all the sales people were assisting other customers at the time? Wen't to hedricks chevrolet to buy a new 2015. Let me tell you folks I was blown away by the salesman jorge. What a nice guy. He walked with me around there lot telling me everything about the new silverado. And being a truck guy I know alot. I was empressed. So we went inside and I built a new silverado exactly how I wanted. Jorge was in contact with me leting know the progress of my new silverado. Called me when the truck arrived and sent me pictures.. just in shock!!! Jorge went above and beyond with my new purchase. When I'm ready to buy again (I'LL BE BACK). 2 thumbs up!!! read more

Dale was great in arranging for me to get in for my first service and an appointment to get the Dupont treatment administered to my car. It all went smoothly, just a bit longer than expected. Hopefully it will be great, for it stormed on the way back home to the mountains. Beware of this Chevy dealership !!!! My husband & I had an appointment to see a car and test drive it. 15 minutes before the appointment (scheduled by the salesman) we received a phone call saying the car had been sold. The salesman was Carl Tatum, real slimy character. Called and spoke to sales manager, was told basically "Sorry about your luck". I would not purchase a gas cap from these unprofessional people... Purchased a 2020 Colorado 6 cylinder and the experience couldn't have gone smoother. Carl was more than helpful when listening to exactly what I was looking for to replace my old work truck. Just ordered a 2013 Camaro from these guys and (Wade) was great. Went out for a test drive, showed me all the different options/styles. As a first time buyer I was nervous and he answered every question and game me a great deal on my new camaro. Love this place!! Family owned businesses are rare these days, but what's even harder to find is GREAT family owned businesses, which is what Hedrick's is at. They are always helpful, kind and they truly care about their customers. Saw an interview on television with one of their employees named Carl who was trashing labor unions and workers rights. That's not what I want out of a company that's selling American made cars.
