Héctor did a great job with the carpet in my stairwell and my kitchen stool chairs. He finished the job within an hour as well. Previously the chairs were stained by my kids and no matter what I did myself I couldn't get them clean. As for the stairs ..... sadly my son was sick one time and coughed so bad he threw up all over the stairs. Now everything looks so new. Happy mom and happy wife today.

Promptly responded to my questions. They came hours before the agreed upon time though, but no one was home. My ring app didn't work properly so I wasn't able to talk to them at the time. But they came back on time to the agreed time. Husband and wife worked efficiently. They cleaned my sofa and love seat really well within an hour and change. We had a busted pipe that let water all over our living room. I asked for a quote and they responded within a few minutes. They said they could be there in a few hours (on a Sunday). Which was great! They were very professional and cleaned the carpet really well. The price was good, considering the fact that there was so much water damage. We have a crazy dog that took forever to potty train so our poor carpet was in EXTREME need of some saving. We honestly didn't have hope going into it but figured something was better than nothing. Over the years we have had several companies come into our home for carpeting cleaning. We have tried to find one that we were happy with and would hopefully have them come back. Our search is finally over. Hector & his wife were professional, courteous and did excellent work. They do more than clean carpets, they also cleaned our tile floors and a sofa. We were very pleased with their work and love supporting a local small business. We didn't think our carpet could get that clean again since it's over 15 yrs old, but we were impressed. Hector was on time. Started working immediately after I showed him all the areas that needed special attention. He was able to remove an old red candle wax stain that was extensive and has been there for years. Our sofa is light cream color, so it looked awful. The insurance company that we had to insure the sofas stated it was impossible to remove. Hector, removed it! He is so reasonable in price! Absolutely recommend him for any cleaning they do. I moved all items for their cleaning, so they can finished the job in half hour. I asked the lady to help me move a night stand. You told me to do it myself. If you read the other reviews their problems are their attitudes. Not willing to assist the customers. The cleaning part of it is fine. My house is not super dirty with difficult stains. Was browsing Yelp looking for a carpet cleaner. Gut feeling made me send a text to Hector inquiring his services. Hector responded immediately and my carpet is back to day 1. He and his wife patiently cleaned our carpet last Tuesday. Cost wise, I think he charged us with a decent amount. This is the 4rth time I have Hector come and clean my carpet. Still impressed by his professionalism and how he leaves my carpet looking like brand new. I have a small indoor dog and Hector does wonders with pee stains from my pet. Also removes bad odors, carpet doesnt feel wet after he is done.
