The man that came out was so fast he was done under 1 hour. Mind you two large bedrooms in which I was charged extra for plus soggy carpet in some areas and dry in others. Hence the rush job. Then charged me to scotch guard the living room that had stains. Really. I spoke with Gus and expressed my disappointment and said he would speak with the tech the next day. I have a bisel cross wave I use and attempted to go over some of the areas. In which I s not the pics to the owner Gus. He didn't seem concerned with my dissatisfaction. I told him I don't want to leave a negative review but he didn't seem to care I didn't want the same tech returning as he didn't do a hood job initially. Why would I want to waste my time. Your technician stated upon arrival, you have very nice carpet, no stains. Oh, btw there will be an up charge because your bedrooms are larger. So, no I asked for someone else to come out and Gus said no.

Nathan is a pleasure to work with - he is professional, communication was a breeze and he is always responsive and never leaves out important details. Given the work included a lot of drywall removal and replacement, his team did a great job keeping dust and debris from getting to places it was not wanted by covering and sectioning off the affected area, which made me really happy. Overall I was satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them. As I am sure most people get really upset finding out there could be black mold in their (newly remodeled) home. Nathan was very patient with my millions of questions, and also at handling my tenant who was very worried and angry. It took a little longer than expected but understandable with all the rain. Global warming, and the larger volumes of rain coming down all at once create standing water or water that can seep into cracks near properties..... going to make a lot more work for C3. I had called a bunch of other companies and they were a total nightmare to deal with and their estimates were 6x what Nathan charged. Not only were they horrible companies but they lied to my tenant when they gave the estimate which sent her into a tailspin. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and fair, and got the job done within a week or two of my initial phone call. Also I read the fine print t in the contract so I knew that they don't repair damages caused by tape on walls floor etc. my apartment has painted floors so I sort of expected tape would pull up paint. This company definitely made a bad situation better.

Like father like son, Randy is the 5th generation expert in tiling, grout services and installations. I called late on a Friday and left a message but Randy called me in less than 30 minutes. I needed a shower re-grouted and sealed. We exchanged my needs, his proposal and he said he'd have a man there Monday morning. Monday Leo arrived on the hour and had everything he needed when I met him at the door. While there Leo pointed out small cracks and seams I had never noticed. As he walked out he described the proper maintenance cycle to optimize grout life. I settled the bill with Zelle. I don't know how old Randy is but I'm over 70. Hoping Wilshire Tile will BE HERE FOR ME AT LEAST UNTIL I'M 100!

The tile in one bathroom was discolored, and he said it could be cleaned and sealed, and we needed tile flooring in our other bathroom replaced. Randy was friendly and approachable, and I planned to see how the smaller project went before hiring him for the larger project we needed tackled. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. A subcontractor/employee showed up on the agreed date to clean and seal the tile, and spent a couple of hours what sounded like physically scraping the tile - not what I expected. His coworker showed up a couple hours later, and told me that this plan was not going to work - that even if they could get the tile clean and seal it, the staining would come right back. He told me to have them leave, because Randy would still charge me for them being there. I went in the bathroom after they left, and it literally looked no different except there was dust everywhere - they did not clean up. I waited for a follow-up call or email from Randy - nothing. I was mad, but decided to put it behind me. A week later, I received a bill. I wrote a very frank email to Randy explaining my disappointment with the workers sent, the fact that no work was even done, and my confusion that he didn't even bother contacting me afterward. He apologized profusely and said he would follow up with me the next day. He did not follow up with me about the work, ever. But I have still been getting bills from this company!! I have emailed him multiple times, and he's told me to ignore them, but that is not an acceptable response - every time I see one of these emails, I am newly angry about the time I wasted on this endeavor. I gave him plenty of time and opportunity to make this right, and he did not even bother to try. I am writing this review because once again, I have gotten an invoice for this "work". Would not recommend.

I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring.
