Héctor did a great job with the carpet in my stairwell and my kitchen stool chairs. He finished the job within an hour as well. Previously the chairs were stained by my kids and no matter what I did myself I couldn't get them clean. As for the stairs ..... sadly my son was sick one time and coughed so bad he threw up all over the stairs. Now everything looks so new. Happy mom and happy wife today.

Very reliable and punctual! Excellent cleaning service, I was considering just changing out the carpet on my stairs especially with dogs but he truly made the carpet look as new and deodorized, especially important because one of my doggies is paralyzed and prone to accidents. Hector runs a honest and competitive business. He cleaned about 700sf area in less than 1.5 hours and vacuumed the nearby tier area without me asking. Great hard work. If you want to support a local family-owned business, he is your guy and he will make every penny of yours worth. If you choose to use some big corporations, most of your money would go to the guys who sit behind their desk drinking Whiskey with their baby-smooth hands. read more

Hector was referred to me by a friend. And I'm so glad I found him. We had a large area rug that needed to be cleaned. We had another company come out and clean our rug, but 3 weeks later I called Hector and he cleaned our rug. It was an incredible difference. Our rug hasn't looked this good since we first bought it. The other company that charged much more, didn't even come close to what Hector did. Hector is very responsive, efficient and effective. The tile for our rental property was in a really dirty condition after the last tenant, so it needed a DEEP cleaning which Hector said he could do. He was not able to complete the job and was not honest about what was not done. When asked about a giant sticky grease crud on the kitchen floor, he replied that he tried, but couldn't get it out. This grease stain was about 2 ft long and had human hair stuck to it. If he had truly tried, the hair would not be there. I was able to clean it myself and I am not a professional cleaner with powerful cleaning tools. I would have rather been told that they didn't have time for it instead of being dishonest. Same thing with the bathroom where he charged extra to clean, but I found that the wall tiles were not cleaned at all because there were still cobwebs. Attaching photos of the "after" which clearly shows very dirty tiles and grout. More than anything, I just don't like being lied to. He was rushing off to his next job, and so they did half of the job. read more

He arrived ahead of schedule and was waiting for my appointment time. He looked at the rooms and went to work. There was no time wasted in getting the carpet and stairway cleaned. I am so happy with the service Hector provided. He is honest and reasonably priced. I had tenants move out and the carpet was horrible. Hector came by gave me a quote and when I was ready for him to come clean the carpet he was out with 24 hours. He did a deep steam cleaning and said the carpet is good we just need to keep up the cleaning. It's good that there are honest people that provide excellent service. read more

I moved all items for their cleaning, so they can finished the job in half hour. I asked the lady to help me move a night stand. You told me to do it myself. If you read the other reviews their problems are their attitudes. Not willing to assist the customers. The cleaning part of it is fine. My house is not super dirty with difficult stains. It is a simple day to day dirty. I will not use them again because they are not about customer service. They just do the minimum and collect the money and go. Not a service that I can recommend. read more

I had an urgent need and Hector made time to fit in my carpet cleaning for my home. Hector and his assistant were friendly, professional and made sure that no areas were missed. They were also very quick. I have a family member who previously had a carpet cleaning business so I am very picky and notice every detail. I would highly recommend Hector. Was browsing Yelp looking for a carpet cleaner. Gut feeling made me send a text to Hector inquiring his services. Hector responded immediately and my carpet is back to day 1. He and his wife patiently cleaned our carpet last Tuesday. Cost wise, I think he charged us with a decent amount. Very respectful, very professional and came 15 minutes before the schedule. read more

This is the 4rth time I have Hector come and clean my carpet. Still impressed by his professionalism and how he leaves my carpet looking like brand new. I have a small indoor dog and Hector does wonders with pee stains from my pet. Also removes bad odors, carpet doesnt feel wet after he is done.
