Yesterday, I had my lips done, and to be completely honest, I have a very difficult case. Not only do I have noticeable natural asymmetry in my lips, but I'm also extremely sensitive. On top of that, I had fibrosis from a previous, not-so-great experience with another "doctor." I've been to many places, and some injectors didn't even want to take me as a client. I finally decided to see Hanna (a PA and an experienced injector) after seeing her work on Instagram. Pros: 1.Zero waiting time! For me, this is very important--they really value my time. 2.Hanna and all the staff were very kind, especially considering how nervous I was. 3. Place itself beautiful and clean. 4. Hanna explained everything in great detail, step by step, taking into account my asymmetry and my fears. 5. All of the fillers were opened in front of me. 6. There is a medical provider on-site (a doctor in the office). 6.The RESULT! I can't explain how happy I feel. I feel confident again! My lips are so cute, proportional to my face, and most importantly--not overdone! No "duck lips"--just jucie, luscious lips! Sue was the technician and she went gave me a mini explanation of what she was going to be doing next. So the whole process was about an hr and 30 mins. The microderm itself was only a few minutes but my package included a facial, hotstone massage and a aftercare facial. So worth it! The hotstone massage was amazing. It was a much needed massage since I work in the resturaunt industry. Sue spent her time and didnt rush. After the facial and microderm , my face was so clean, and not as red and irritated as i thought my skin would be. so for 2 weeks, my skin was soft and oil free. but after two weeks, my skin started going down again because I use makeup almost everyday. I recently just made my second appointment because I bought a package of 10 visits. I hope every visit will be consistently good. I can tell it will be worth it.

Since my hair is blond and was just freshly colored to a platinum blond, I asked several times if the treatment would change the color of my hair and make it yellow. She assured me that not only would it not change my color, but will make the blond look cleaner and brighter. I asked if she has done it before on blonds and if any of them had their hair turn yellow and she again said no. Next,she demanded a prepayment of $50 through zelle. I explained that I don't feel comfortable sending cash to a person I never met and she was surprized to hear that. It should have been a sign not to go there. Should have listened to my gut. When I came, she again re assured me that my hair will not turn yellow or change color in any way. She did the treatment and I did smell an ingredient that was previously put in my hair and turned it yellow. I asked if she is sure my hair will not change color and she said not to worry. When she was done, it did look yellow, but I attributed it to the bad lighting. However, when I got home and looked in the mirror, I realized that not only my hair turned yellow, but also greenish/yellowish. I am attaching a picture so you can see my platinum hair I came in with and greenish/yellowish I ended up with. When I texted Olga, she said that usially blonds don't turn yellow, bit my hair did unfortunately (so she already saw it before O even left the salon). She said that toner should fix it, but from experince I lnew it wouldn't. I sent pictires to my colorist and he wa horrified by the results as he just colored my hair couple of days prior. He said only highlights would fix it. I told Olga I wanted money back because she ruined my color and now I had to get highlights and it cost a lot. Her reply was- no money back , you don't like it, then sue me. Which I will. Her incompetency cost me $170 and cost of hoghlights to fix it. I would never intrust my hair to her again for toner or anything else. Be careful, do not go to this place. Read all the reviews.

First and foremost, the makeup that Stacey did for my wedding was absolutely gorgeous and flawless, not too much or too little, it was just on point! She is a true artist of her skill. I received a ton of about my makeup and was very grateful to her for that. Second of all, this is one of most beautiful and uniquely designed makeup studio. Stacey was so kind to wake up early in the morning so that I can do my hair in the same studio so that I can have beautiful pictures of me and my bridesmaid getting ready. For that I'm very grateful to her as well. And lastly and most importantly, she is an amazing person, in that she made me feel at ease about the wedding and all the preparations, very easy to talk to and most importantly, very considerate and patient. Even thou she had another appointment after mine and we were running very late w all the hair preparations and taking photos, she let us stay in the studio as long as we needed to, even thou it was way past the agreed time. I'm very grateful to her for making me beautiful and for all the help she provided on already such a stressful day. I would highly recommend her.
