It has been a week, and the carpet still looks amazing! Dan and his assistant Paris came in to clean a heavy soiled 14-year-old wool carpet and within a few hours, the traffic areas were cleaned and most of the stains were gone or less visible. In the past my mom has had her carpet steam cleaned by a major company, but they were unsuccessful in removing the same stains on the carpet. Dan used a low moisture technique and was able to remove the stains that the other company could not remove. The carpet was dry in a few hours and the stains along with the traffic area dirt did not resurface. Thankfully, I convinced my mom to try a local company that specialized in carpet cleaning because she was looking at buying new carpet. One other thing I must mention, I called this business thinking I would leave a message and Dan's dad picked up the phone even though they were out of town on vacation. A few days later they were out cleaning my carpet. Without a doubt I will use their services again! They came out when they said they would, they didn't over promise but they over delivered, and they charged a fair price for their services. read more

Troy and his crew are AMAZING! I hired them to clean a house that was just recently cleaned by another company. The carpet didn't look good and was full of stains. Troy was able to fit me into his schedule quickly and the carpets came out looking so good and so clean! He even got out several massive dark stains. You know spinning a pad didn't seem like the dirt would miraculously move from the carpet to the buffer pad. The carpet stunk after I had them cleaned "supposedly". A sucker is born every day. I guess I should've went with my gut and I wouldn't be a sucker. I'm pretty sure you know that this process doesn't work for carpets yet you go around taking peoples hard earned money and leave tons of dirt in the carpet. I vacuumed when it dried and dirt kept coming out in my Dyson. They vacuumed before they buffed the dirt around in circled too. Bad process wouldn't recommend. read more

I called Heaven's Best because my carpets needed some serious TLC. We had some houseguests over and between our dog and theirs, we had Blue Ice Pack Gel stains (my puppy was responsible for that one), general foot traffic, and some pet stains. On the day of my appointment, I had an opportunity to go wine tasting so I called Troy and told him. He worked it all out so I could leave him a check, have a friend let them in and did a FANTASTIC job. It was a fantastic experience and was very professional. I couldn't believe how wonderful it was and was treated like I was family. Made sure I was happy and content with the service and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He asked questions and even offered several different options on cost to help me out. He vacuumed even though I had just to assure me that wouldn't leave dirt in the carpet and I was so surprised when he showed me the container there my vacuum had left a lot of dirt behind. Good experience. I called and left a VM asking for a quote. Got a call back from Troy about 10 min later. He was very cool and very relaxed on the phone, which I like. I set the date and that was that. Unfortunately my daughter got sick the day before he was to show up so I called to reschedule. Got a call back from Troy who was very sympathetic and rescheduled it for the next weekend. The day of, his guy showed by at 1040am. I was told they'd be there between 10 and 11am, so that was good. I didn't get a call saying they were on their way though, which wasn't that huge of a deal. The guy (didn't catch his name) did a good job. He vacuumed very well and took his time to make sure he got it right. The best thing was, their machine was quiet so it didn't disrupt my daughters nap time. He finished in about 2 hours. It took about 3 hours to fully dry which was OK. It's been 8 hours since the cleaning and it looks very good. He also gave me tips on making sure a certain area of carpet doesn't get dirty, which was cool. We will be using these guys again, no question! read more

I wish I would have taken a "before" photo of my hideous carpets. I was ready to rip them out! We decided to do a temporary fix and have them cleaned after dog sitting a dog that confused the carpet for grass, despite the 6 training pads we laid out for him. Not that our carpets didn't need cleaning before this but the smell sent me over the edge so I began my research. I called Troy first and he was so personable and gave me his first available appointment and price over the phone. Sold!
