There is a reason why Toby is the best in Solano! He does amazing work! He was super responsive, made it easy to schedule an appointment and arrived on time. To me, that is a huge deal because I don't like having to wait around for someone to show up. We had him over to clean my parents carpets and grout in their bathroom. I'm honestly lost for words!!! The carpets look brand new and the grout is so clean its unbelievable! I really enjoyed his visit- he was not only professional but he was extremely kind. No doubt, I will only use Toby. Today I had my carpets cleaned by Toby of So Clean Carpet Cleaning. He arrived on time agreed. He did an amazing job. I had many stains that I really didn't think would come up but he got all the stains out. He was reasonably as far as the price for the cleaning. It was very easy to work with Toby. Jesse from So Fresh Carpet Care was recommended by my real estate agent while preparing to list my house. My carpet had some heavy foot traffic trails and some bad areas where grand kids had spilled something. Jesse got right to work examining the damage and explaining what needed to be done. When finished I was amazed, carpet installed in 1998, looked like new, all stains gone. Thanks Jesse, good job. George, Molalla read more

We called So Fresh Carpet after a high recommendation from our neighbor. We had several areas that needed to be cleaned as a result of foot traffic and wearing shoes in the house. Our carpet is 10 years old, but still looks good. However, Several stubborn areas/stains also remained from our previous 2 carpet cleaners' unsuccessful efforts. Toby, the owner, arrived on time. He assessed our needs, quoted us a very reasonable price, and told us how long it would take. He immediately got his equipment and started work. Toby does exceptional work!! Not only did he clean our carpet well, he actually was successful in cleaning the areas that the two previous cleaners could not. Amazing!!!! It is so nice to have the carpet completely Clean & Fresh!!! So Fresh Carpet Care and Toby are Exceptional!! They are best we've ever had by far! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

Toby is the best! We have used many different carpet cleaning companies and So Fresh beats them all on price and definitely on the services provided! 10/10 would recommend! read more

So Fresh Carpet Care - Cleanest our carpets have ever been! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Highly recommend Toby and So Fresh Carpet Care. My carpet was really bad and had some very old and deep pet stains. Toby was very honest when he evaluated them and told me he didn't think they would come out completely but that he would give it his best shot. He worked that area several times and unfortunately the stains did not come out completely but they do look much better. The rest of the house looks great and I am super happy. Most importantly I know Toby can be trusted as I have known his family for years. So if you want a great local guy to do your carpets, call Toby! read more

Best carpet cleaning we have ever had! Toby gave me an estimate over the phone based on the amount of rooms I needed done and it was very reasonable. Once he arrived and looked over everything he said it would actually be less than the quote he gave me. How often does that happen? Most other carpet cleaning companies we have used in the past tag on extra for everything they can. As soon as they see my dog it becomes about how I need urine enzyme cleaner and extra deodorizers so on. Not only did appreciate not having to deal with surprise add ons but I was also impressed with how respectful he was with our home in general. He wore booties even when we told him it wasn't necessary. He also uses some kind of plastic guards that protect the walls from being damaged during the cleaning. Our carpets have never looked better and they smell so fresh. We will never use anyone else. Great experience! read more

Toby did a great job on my carpet. He is a hard worker, professional and timely. My carpet looks great! I almost don't want to put my furniture back. He also cleaned a chair that I added to the job at the last minute. He did a much better job than the last service I used. I highly recommend him. read more

I was very concerned that our carpets would not get clean ,they really were a mess.Toby was on time and even left his fans here to dry the carpets after he was done. His prices were more than reasonable and his customer service was outstanding! Would highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future! Kim read more

We called So Fresh Carpet Care (Toby Fafard, 707-689-9180) because the firm was voted the best carpet care company in the Daily Republic survey in 2016 and I think also 2018. We had three large rooms, a staircase, and a hallway to clean. Toby is the owner and spent about 2.5-3 hours getting the carpets very clean. They look fantastic. He was also very careful about not dinging walls, moldings or door frames, and there were zero drops of water on the tile/wood floors that were adjacent to the rooms with carpet. There was very little moisture left in the carpets so the drying time was quick. Toby had brought fans with him so the drying in the rooms he did earlier could be accelerated while he did the remaining areas. Toby uses a heavy duty carpet shampooer and steamer with a powerful steam/water suction hose. We would recommend him highly. read more
