A lot of different carpet cleaning companies to choose from in the Davis area, so glad I went with Steam Bright. Corey was great! He called me ahead of time to confirm our appointment, and that if needed he could come earlier, which worked out perfect, b/c there was a lot that needed to be done. I needed a carpet cleaned in my rental, but later realized I also needed the floor tiles cleaned as well. Luckily, they can do both! Frank came to deal with my cat urine stained carpet today. He not only did the carpet very thoroughly, he even cleaned my baseboards because he said some cat urine also got to them so the baseboards need to be cleaned. He did such a good job, as usual, the one year old carpet now smells really fresh! Frank has been cleaning my carpet for over 10 years now, and no matter how bad my carpet is from cat accidents or vomit, he gets them all out! This place is fantastic if what you are looking for is to have someone come and run a machine over your carpet and charge you .35 per sf. If you think that machine is actually going to clean your carpets though, then you probably want to go else where. Frank came and cleaned my office's carpets and they were not any cleaner than they were the day before. We asked him to come because there was a dog urine stain in the hallway. He cleaned it and the stain came back the next day. He said there was nothing else to do. We then hired a non-professional to rent a unit from the supermarket and do the same job, and our carpets have never been cleaner, including the stain, and for half the price. I don't know what this guy does, but cleaning carpets is not it. read more

I was able to schedule my appointment for a time that worked for me, Frank was exactly on time, he worked quickly and got every single stain out of my carpet even though it looks like I have two not-housetrained brontosauruses for pets, offered to come back free of charge if any of them still showed up after that carpet dried, and charged me exactly what he quoted me over the phone.
