The estimation process was specific to my job in Elk Grove, which included a whole-house carpet cleaning and a sofa cleaning. The quoted price was lower than I expected, and the technician was available sooner than expected. Our technician James arrived promptly. An excellent communicator, he worked with us to plan his time with us. The coaching jobs took quite a bit longer than expected, but he honored the original price.
