I am very pleased with the quality of work Mike did at my house. I called and he was able to get my in later that afternoon. We were having company over the next day and we recently had to put our family dog down because his and mobility, we had also lost control over his bladder and left urine in the hallway & in other rooms. It was terrible looking. Mike suggested that we go with 2 treatment on the tough spots (mainly the hallway). All the rooms look great with no stains and he said if any of the old stains come back within a month he would return to treat them again. Great service from the beginning. Mike came same day I called him to give me a free estimate to clean carpets in my family room, living room, hallway and stairs. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He provided the estimate and I called him the following day to schedule appointment. We have used Chem-Dry of Woodland since 2009. We bought our own carpet shampooer which works fine for minor jobs. For overall and thorough cleaning, though, we rely on Chem-Dry. The price is very reasonable, the service is professional, and the carpets look like new.
