Ended up here after having a HORRIBLE waiting experience at the nail shop in Wal-Mart (Willow Lane) and being over charged because the nail tech at Lush, communication was so bad. Okay, so I am here at this place trying to give them a chance. It was a Sunday, very busy and very dirty and dusty, there was no soap in the soap dispenser to wash your hands and there was no paper towels to dry your still dirty hands. The man that did my nails don't remember his name but he did a horrible job, my nails were fat big and bulky. I asked him to make them thin and to contour the nail to look more natural. I showed him a picture of my nails before and how I wanted them to look, my nail not someone else's nail. I kept asking him to put less acrylic and to form the nail thinner and streamline. He understood me but our conversation of what I wanted went no where. I finally shut up vowing never to go back there again. Additionally, there prices are at least $5- $10 more expensive than Walmart and Lush nails, the guy told me they had the cheapest rates in the area, I had to tell him their prices were too high, especially since their service was horrible, the shop was too nasty and his skills were too basic to charge those prices (I didn't tell him that, but...). Also, The garbage can out front of the shop was way overflowing and should have given me an inclination of the horrible service and nastiness on the inside. I can deal with slowness (if warned ahead) but no one should deal with nastiness cause an infection because of their nasty, laziness is not worth ugly nails. In my search for a new nail salon, I decided to try Heavenly Nails. The establishment is clean and well kept, and service is always efficient. My first time I had a pedicure and SNS. My complaint is that while getting my pedicure no one started working on my SNS. This caused me to be there for a much longer period of time than I expected. My pedi was very relaxing and overall great. My SNS on the other hand... within 3 days it was chipping. The bottom part (near my cuticle) was very thick and was snagging my hair and clothes. I was able to deal with it for about a week, then I returned. My second time I went at about 7pm. I had maybe a 20-30min wait as they were very busy. This time Van did my SNS and she was great. It's been two weeks and my nails still look pretty good. I would recommend them, and if you can, definitely ask for Van. read more

I went there to get a simply manicure and pedicure because I wanted my cuticles cut and just a little maintenance. First of all,I asked for a 35 minute pedicure. Needless to say , I was don't in 22 minutes. The tech didn't speak to me but to ask which service I wanted. She rushed through the pedicure. I don't think she put a top coat on my nails. That's the good part about the visit. The bad part is that they ARE NOT SANITIZING BETWEEN GUEST AND SOME GUEST WEREN'T EVEN WEARING MASK. They did not cleans the stations or the pedicure bowls after they did my feet. The partitions were dirty. I will not return to that place again. Side note: my nails ( toes and fingers). So I just signed in and sat in the waiting area - after a long while, still no greeting or acknowledgement. Although there were plenty of open nail techs - it's a Wednesday night. Not happy with the service. I was rushed in and the person who did my pedicure was not friendly...at all. I asked a few questions about chair adjustments and nail colors and was given mean looks and sharply told the only colors to choose from was on the wall. She rushed through the whole thing leaving and returning like she needed to get supplies from the back but never returning with anything. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. The final look was ok but she left me just after painting my nails and did not offer to help me with put my shoes on or wrap my toes to keep from messing up the pedi which usually happens at any nail salon worth it's salt. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this last experience was so awful I had to say something. I went in for a gel mani with tips, which is my usual. The wait was long but I can be forgiving about that, they're busy oh well. However this is the second time I have now left with a nasty cut on my finger. I should have learned my lesson the last time. It always happens when they are aggressively filing the nails and separating the glue from the skin. She was filing so incredibly fast and hard I winced in pain and looked at my finger and sure enough I'm bleeding. She doesn't seem to care and proceeds to tell me maybe I shouldn't get gel with tips...... um maybe you should slow down and file a bit more gently?! I can't imagine this is how they are trained to file. When I say rough it was horrible. I felt like I was an annoyance to this lady and she clearly wanted to just keep her chair rotating to the next person. The nails were not good in the end, not a neat job, I could have just done it myself and saved $50. Way to expensive for quality and I will not be returning so as to avoid the risk of infection, cutting skin while getting a mani cannot be hygienic or sanitary. read more

I've been going to Heavenly nails for a few years. I usually see the same nail tech but lately her work was slacking. I used a different tech my next visit and my old tech was pissed. She came over while the other tech worked on my nails to say hello with an angry look on her face. The next time I went for service I used the old tech and I guess it was payback time for her. My SNS nails were horrible. Broke in the middle of my nail bed and started growing out a week later. They looked 3 weeks old. I went back a week later and ask the manager to redo my nails and he only wanted to fix my two broken nails. That was not good enough for me because if I had two broken and half the others were growing out after a week more would break. I have to say that of all the salons I've been to this one has the worst management!!! He did my nails himself and it was literally the BEST my nails have ever looked. But he lectured me when he was done. I felt like my 3 years of being a loyal customer didn't matter to him. I've had the redo nails for 2 weeks with no breakage or grow out. Go figure!!! I would recommend Juan but you have to call the salon and speak to her to schedule an appointment. She only did my nails once but she was much better than my usual tech! read more

The finished look of my nails was very beautiful, however my nail tech was extremely rough with my cuticles and a few of them bled. My hands were NOT sanitized before starting the SNS process. Also the nail tech seemed bothered when I asked him to pay more attention to the filing of my tips. He also lied about not being able to fill in my nails because I got the SNS dip powder. The salon is beautiful and the receptionist is very sweet and friendly, but I don't think I'll be going back there. My search for the perfect nail salon for me continues. read more

Nail techs did a sloppy job overall. Then messed up the polish even more putting on my flip flop. Why not put on the foam ones? I asked her to fix it. She tried to paint over it which left it messier and lumpy. I asked her to do it over again. This time she took the paint off and painted it over. Then tried to put the flip flop on again. I had to tell her to give me the foam one. She seemed to have an attitude with me. Unfortunately I left still with a sloppy job. I won't be back. read more

I have been going to heavenly nails for a while to get only my toes done (because I'm very picky and particular about my finger nails) but every single time, I leave frustrated and not happy about the customer service and how my toes look. The ladies there are always rude and pushy about the other services they provide. I went there with my mom tonight because she wanted to pay for both my nails and toes (that's the only reason I agreed to get my finger nails done) and of course the ONE time I cave and decide to get them done they look horrible. I even showed the lady two photos of what I wanted beforehand and they turned out so far from what I wanted. I told the lady my thumb nails were really uneven and showed her before she got done so she could try to do something to fix them, but she just started filing away and I ended up just being like "it's alright, you dont have to fix them" because they were way past being fixed. I hate to say it but I will never go back there, I'm tired of paying $25 for a crappy pedicure and rude behavior. And these women expect a tip too after that???? no thank you read more

This is a beautiful place but definitely not worth the prices. Also, there is a huge communication understanding discrepancy with quite a few of the technicians. It was actually pretty bad. The wait to get started was ok. I went with my two sisters. We requested service at the same time; however, we all finished up different times. Even worse, one of us didn't even get started until the other two were completely finished. This was the first time I got my nails done at Heavenly Nails. I got the SNS nails and boys was I disappointed.The salon itself is nice, inviting and comfortable. The nail tech was a male that did not know what he was doing. My nails were so ugly and warped shaped. The tech had a nerve to offer me a bottle of water afterwards. I immediately went to Cupid Nails on Tara Blvd and got my nails redone. Their salon isn't as nice inside and as Heavenly Nails but I guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your nails. Was a walk-in due to my regular technician (at different salon) not being available and I was headed out of the country the next day. Two technicians performed services on me (pedicure, gel manicure). Both did pretty poor job. Gentleman even stepped on my drying toes while doing my manicure. Tried to convince me he did not ruin them. I noticed when I got home that he did make lines on the big toe. No biggie though because I am going on vacay. The next morning, the entire gel polish came off in one piece on a nail. I had a flight to catch early that morning so could not contact them. Okkkkkk, just 1 nail. still no biggie because vacay. Well by day 3, two other nails had the full polish come off. On day 4 I took the remaining gel polish off with no tools or soaking required and they came off in full pieces. The pedicure did not last the 5 days I was away either and I spent a ton in the resort spa getting them re-done. Will never return. read more

This is by far the best nail salon I been to in Henry County compared to the service you can get in north atlanta. The customer service is sooo good! Everyone is so nice and polite to you. And YES, they do speak perfect english for a Vietnamese nail salon. They also have a unique aromatherapy manicure or pedicure which its real HERBS that they use to scrub on you and make you feel relaxed. I got the ginger root and green tea and it was really really nice as well as the hot stone massages they offer. Which this service was not that expensive compared to a nail salon in dunwoody or buckhead area. The owners want to get to know you as you first walk in. It did not take them long to know me by name. They give you free water as well when you are getting your nails done. You dont have to wait; however, if you go on sat or sun you will have to wait unless you make an appointment. They are really busy on those days because they are so awesome!! I really recommend this nail salon. read more

I have M.S. and sometimes my legs kind of "spasm" ... I had a pedicure, and the lady who gave it to me was gentle, kind, and understanding that sometimes my legs jump and jerk a little. The whole experience was wonderful and I will be returning, as well as referring friends and family. read more

I came here to get a mani/pedi the morning of my wedding. My mom got the same treatment. My mother-in-law just got a pedi, and my sister and husband's aunt just got manis. The salon workers were incredibly friendly and the salon was clean and inviting. My mom and I both got the paraffin wax treatment on our hands, which was heavenly. My mom was disappointed with her polish, though. It started chipping before the wedding! My polish did last through the wedding, but started chipping soon after. I decided to use this salon to get a new set of solar nails and they damaged my nails so badly that getting the nails removed was like torture. I called yesterday and made an appointment for 12:00 today, Sunday. This is right when they first open. I arrived at 11:58 and when I told them I had an appointment I was told to pick out my color. I did that and was directed to sit down in the pedicure chair. No one spoke to me or tried to even turn the water on to soak my feet until 12:17!! When I asked when the service would start, I was told "in a few minutes" because the nail tech was with someone else. I left right then and went somewhere else. So they either overbooked today or decided to take a walk-in before me. I made an appointment for a reason! I didn't have extra time to wait around for my turn. I do not appreciate them being disrespectful of my time. And the worst part is I was excited to try this salon out today because I found them on Yelp and they have good reviews. I went to Heavenly nails thinking I was going to experience something great. For one their pricing for a pedicure is a turn off. A classic pedicure consist of only a pumice stone. Any other salon I've been to use a stone plus scraped the extra skin off, but not this one.Its extra for that. Next turn off was the lady messed up on my eyebrows which wasn't difficult to do because my arch was perfect but she screwed it up anyways, which I had to wait a month and a half before to let my brows grow back before I could fix them. Last straw was I was still charged for my eyebrows even though they were beyond fucked up. I would never go back there for anything. I have experienced better and been more satisfied and they just didn't do it. That's what I get for trying somewhere new. Never again. read more
