Very clean place. Follows COVID measure very well, all staff wore masks, as well as customers. Hands are washed upon entering. I had a deluxe pedicure and SNS with no extensions. I was in and out with no appointment, while they were busy, within 1:15. I had all services done at one time, which was great for a Christmas Eve. I will surely be back and will bring my two girls. It's my own fault for allowing them to do my toes and finger nails at the same time. One having both done at the same time isn't very relaxing. Secondly while watching the lady do my nails I noticed she coated them on pretty thick, I just had a feeling they would end up peeling. Having everything done it all looks nice at first but I left and ran errands close by and noticed my two pinky nails peeling up so I went back, they were nice enough to redo them but the difference on how the same lady did them verus the start were very different, she didn't layer them as thick. This was all on a Saturday now comes Monday and each of my nails are peeling back. It makes me sick because I don't have the time to go back considering I have to find someone to just watch my Children to do such a luxury. But even worse how much I paid to have the services done. I have so happy I found that shop. Prior to coming here, I had always pass by this place and wondered how their service was. I decided to give them a shot. So thankful that I did. I made an appointment for the following day and was seated immediately. Absolutely no waits what so ever. My nail tech, who was named Mindy was very nice and asking me was everything okay. I decided to get the deluxe pedicure and it was very good. Mindy was very gentle did a stone massage which is included in the deluxe service. this is my second time coming to this establishment but i only ever came here for pedicures (which are usually good by the way). I think the guy who did my pedicure this time was ready to go so kind of felt rushed. The pedicure looked good, although it could of been better but the guy was kinda rushing. i figured it was cause they were very understaffed. now the reason im giving two stars because i got a manicure with gel polish. and they look fucking atrocious. so he never used the gel machine (idk what it is) and sent me to the section where you normally go to dry your nails and they seemed pretty good and dry but once i left its like one small move and the polish would smudge itself off. so i went back and this lovely lady did them again for me by repainting some of the nails that got messed up, i really appreciated that. They even used the machine this time to dry my nails even better. but it didnt work. because as soon as i leave all of the nails start to peel off! i couldnt believe it cause normally gel doesnt do that especially if im using the machine to keep them really dry. normally i like it here but i think i'll be going to other shops moving forward. there not even a bad company but this experience wasnt my favorite. read more

Not the type to write reviews but I experienced a terrible service yesterday once I got seated the older lady asked if I was getting a full set I said yes and she forcefully cut all my nails off and began to take off the nail on my my right pinky with a nail tip (which I'm used to) but she didn't try to lift the nail she FORCED THE NAIL TIP THROUGH MY NAIL PLATE. I snatched my hand I felt pain and when I looked down this is what I saw. I walked out to calm down, I walked back in to speak to someone about what happened and the receptionist asked to see my hand like I walked out and made myself bleed! Today I was on a quest for a great nail shop in the henry county area. It all started yesterday when i was at six flags and i cracked my thumb nail on a 3 week old sns mani trying to pry tge spray top off a bottle of sunblock. I had an appt at 4pm at another location that I frequent on regular basis and i normally only trust this one particular person to do my nails. I cancelled my appt due to my kids wanting to stay at the park longer. I woke up this morning trying to see if my regular nail technician had any cancellations which she did not. I almost cried. I started my hunt by scowering through several yelp reviews for different nail salons. I became discouraged because a lot of the shops in the area had really bad reviews. I finally reached out to my niece who lives in the McDonough area and she told me of the shop who does her nails but their reviews at that shop was garbage too. I then went to marble slab to get my kids icecream and then my niece texted me and told me about the nail lounge that just opened. I read through a few reviews and was very hesitant due to them not having a lot of reviews and some of the few reviews they had were sketchy. I read a few reviews that stated Kimberly was awesome and they posted pics so i just went with the flow. I pulled up to the nail lounge my 2 kids in tow. We walked in and it was nice and clean and well maintained on the inside. The guy at the front was real friendly and welcoming. He greeted me and i asked if Kimberly had any openings for now and she did. They were not crowded and that was a plus. He advised me that I would need to sign in and I did so. I registered myself and my 2 kids. I requested 1 SNS, 1 gel deluxe pedicure, and 2 kids pedicures. I was directed to a portfolio that had over 800 sns colors to choose from that was very easy to filter through. It wasnt like most shops where there is. Ring and all the colors are dangling off the ring and you have to flip through the colors. Another plus is that they actually had the matching gel polish and non gel polish to match the color. I chose a light baby blue ehich is different from my norm. I usually go with a nude color on my nails because I can never find a perfect match for my toes. My kids didn't have the biggest selection of regular girly type polishes which was a little saddening but they still found pretty summer colors for there feet. The kids pedicure station is soooooo cute! Its perfect for little princesses. I didnt get the pedicurist name who did my kids feet but she was so patient and gentle and i appreciate her for that. She took her time and she even got my 4 y/o to be still long enough for her toes to dry. She also did an amazing job on my oldest daughter's feet. After I picked my color for my hands and toes Kimberly had me sit at her station and she soaked my old sns old in a bowl full of acetone. It was a little different from what im use to because the acetone was cold and it was nothing there to keep it warm. Normally the girl who does my nails pours the acetone in a bag with the paper towel and then put the bag in hot water so that you dont get the cold effects of the acetone when soaking your hands in acetone. Afterwards she allowed me to go wash my hands so that my fingers could warm up. She took her time shaping my nailsand cut them down to the perfect length. Kimberly also was very verbal and we sat and chatted which was nice. She was fast and efficent and very neat. My sns came out perfect. Kimberly had Heather do my pedicure which i did not mind. I think she only does nails. I went and sat by my oldest daugther who still sitting at the pedicure bowl. My water was nice and hot just like I like it. Heather was very friendly and she did not nip of cut me one time which I truly appreciate. She did an amazing job as i have been to several other shops for pedicures when my regular pedicurist was out due to an injury and everyone I went to was horrible as they did a poor job. Plus I was trying to compare them to him which set the bar very high. I have no complaints with Heather she did a great job. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this place a 9.5. My service was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is they get more nail colors suitable for little girls! I will definitly go back again. If you are in the area and want a good sns check out Kimberly she is awesome! My total was $118 which was alittle higher than what i would normally pay but not by much! However I scheduled my daughter an appointment for a full set for prom and the nail tech did show up. Nobody had the curtesy to call and let us know. Twice I complained about the techs. The first complaint was because 5 of 10 cuticles bleed. She had to redo SNS multiple times. The second was a male who rushed me and only pout 2 SNS coats on. Very unsanitary. I have never had a fungus in my entire life! I now have what appears could be a fungus on the side of my foot. The side of my foot where she scrubbed is very raw, tender, and flakey. I will not be back! The chairs and tables had dirty spots on them. I ask if she could wipe it down please and she grabbed a spray bottle and cleaned it halfway. Then ask me to have a seat without a plastic cover for the bowl. She proceeded to put the plastic cover after I had sat down. She did not open a new sponge for my feet. I live up north so I can't come on a regular bases, but my mother lives close by, so when I come to visit my mother, my girls and I will always come here to get our nails and pedicures. Me and my girls checked out the nail lounge since it had just opened and seemed really pretty and upscale. We usually go to T and J around the corner. Aside from the prices being higher, I wasn't offered a cuticle cleaning with my SNS. My daughter wasn't impressed with her acrylic set and my youngest's polish on her nails and feet are almost completely gone even though it hasn't been 24 hours yet. The tech didn't file or cut her toes so I had to do it just now, reminding me to write this review. Although the customer service was nice I plan to stay at my current place. read more

This was my 3rd visit. I usually come here when Heavenly Nails has a long wait. I went there yesterday to get 2 nails fixed because the SNS cracked. I've been getting SNS for years and never experienced it cracked like it was. The guy tech that did my nails upon them cracking did my nails too thin. When I went to get them repaired yesterday, he had the nerve to ask me what did I do to crack them?!? I told him it cracked on its own as I showed him the other fingers that started to crack as well from the side. He then picked my color that he THOUGHT I had and then told me I'm done and he left the salon. How rude! The color that he picked didn't even match the other nails. And of course he knew it. That's why he ran out the door so fast. Then, I go to the counter to pay for my nails because I just wanted to get out of there before I caused a scene, and the male cashier told me to next time be careful with my nails!!! I told him, 1.) it was because your nail tech did my nails too thin and I guess that y'all are trying to preserve product for that nature 2.) Don't tell me what to do with my nails if I'm paying for it!!! If I want to be careless about my nails and come in every other day, so what?!? I'm PAYING for it! They lack customer service.
