I requested it medium, but it came out more medium-well. While the flavor was good, the steak was a bit salty and dry. The loaded mashed potatoes, however, were delightful and offered a generous portion. My husband chose the romano crusted chicken pasta dish. We were both surprised that it lacked a sauce, instead it had a dry cheese mixture in the pasta. For dessert, we enjoyed the vanilla bean crème brûlée, which was very tasty! So why 4 stars?
