I visited Anchorage for 2 weeks and visited this coffee shop at least 4 times…read more I tried their lattes, mochas, and eggnog latte. I've had their burritos and their pastries. None of it disappointed. I ordered my mocha half-sweet (as usual), and it was perfect. Still had a bit of sweetness but mostly dark chocolate velvety. I'm very picky with my lattes (especially when they give too much foam), but that wasn't an issue! I loved it. The veggie burrito is bomb. I had it twice. Reindeer sausage was also cool. We ended up taking the cinnamon roll back home so we could heat it up, but I'm sure we could have just asked. The scones were fire! The lemon-blueberry scone is perfect for people who like pastries that aren't as sweet with more fruit-forward flavors. I've also gotten the pre-packaged Bob's Red Mill oatmeal cup, and they'll add steamed milk/hot water for you if you ask. The line can get long, buy come on, it's the only coffee shop so close to this residential area. The most I waited for a drink (from the back of the line which was close to the door.. to receiving my drink) was 20'. They are doing their best and do it with good attitudes.

I suspect my food was screwed with on at least one occasion and several female staff I feel deliberately screw up my coffee on The regular and meet me with open hostility . I have had hot coffee "accidentally" spilled on me more than once. Sorry about your dad hon . The staff is also lazy never or rarely wiping things down. Sticky tables are gross . Ive tried being polite,leaving tips, doing anything other than leaving this review but they are bound and determined to be absolutely OBSTINATE to the point I do not feel safe eating food the staff handles in any way shape or form. Yes they EARNED this review. Every word. If you really want to form a mean girls club instead of simply serving coffee you should look for another line of work. I see this place going out of business if kaladis doesn't find new management for this place. Coffee is ok . Only half the power outlets work now. Id only drink the morning coffee tho as it's self serve and staff doesn't handle it. That about sums it up .

It's a small hut kind of hidden off the side of Boniface so it could easily be missed. Two drive up windows, one on each side. Once it was my turn I pulled up and the young lady was eager to take my order. While waiting for my coffee I noticed the place to be well stocked and clean. My coffee was ready in just a couple minutes and as ordered, service with a smile too. I will gladly some back to get my fix, thanks for saving my morning!!

Unfortunately, that has not been the case. This does not appear to be an issue with a single employee, as I have interacted with different staff members on each visit. The employees at this location consistently come across as negative, irritated, and dismissive. On multiple occasions, I have felt that I was spoken to rudely and treated as though my presence was an annoyance rather than valued as a customer. Based on these repeated experiences, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
