Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and settling up a membership is a snap (ha, pun intended!). As for equipment, there's everything you could need (aside from maybe a GHD). This gym has two squat racks, multiple benches, bumper plates, dumbbells up to 70ish lbs, and weight machines galore. They also have a lot of treadmills, a rowing machine, bikes, and even a ski machine. There's a large stretching area too. Took this up to regional manager and their response was to "call the hotline" Management discriminated and wrongfully terminated a newly postpartum mom that they used while requiring hours of onboarding stating that LT does not tolerate discrimination.....
