These classes have a great sense of motivating community, can be adapted by a variety of fitness levels, from "I need to get off the couch" to "I want a six pack", and are a great value if you show up 4-5 times a week for what you pay. I have been a member at 410 crossfit for over 2.5 years now and have definitely become stronger and faster than I used to before joining. Something about 410 makes me very motivated - I push harder and break personal records when I am there as compared to other gyms. Gary is a great coach and has good experience with Olympic lifting. The gym also has great equipment - for example, high quality barbells (esp for olympic lifting), a large Rogue pull up rig and good number of weights.

I usually go to the Strength & Conditioning classes and I like alternating between strength and cardio unlike OTF classes, where you are on the treadmill for 30 min. straight-through (which I think would be horrible for the knees after a while...).
