The classes are excellent, and the environment is fun, supportive, and genuinely motivating. I'm a member at multiple gyms, but F45 on its own will get you lean and cut if that's your goal. The gym focuses on group based training that is only 45 minutes. There is a mixed of strength training and cardio depending on they day. The environment is extremely team oriented with the coaches, so you never feel "alone". The coaches help you with proper form and make sure you're not slacking! The music is upbeat and loud which really motivated me during my workouts. Depending on the package you sign up for you can go to the gym once a week to unlimited. You must pre-book your session on the app and there are early morning and afternoon times. They often have challenges which further motivate you on your fitness journey. The only cons are the price (on the expensive side compared to other gyms) and the setting (you don't have the usually gym amenities - sauna, pool, etc). The pros are endless but my tops are not having to think about your workouts, weights/equipment are already set up, the music, fun coaches, parties and the 500 AM availability of sessions. Unfortunately, I had to stop my membership because I was going to two gyms, but I would like go back soon!

Pros: Great staff…read more Great energy. Class members are supportive. Classes and workouts are easy to follow but always challenging. You'll never outgrow the system. The app allows you to track progress and has daily workouts easy to do at home. It's worth the money if you show up at least 5 days each week. Cons: There's a published "fine" for cancelling a class too late or no showing but the Timonium location has doubled it. This mostly affects the 6 & 7 am classes and early weekend classes. I will note if you have a one time legitimate reason to miss unexpectedly you can ask for forgiveness. Recently they've increased the class maximum size but the space the gym is in can't really handle the extra people and it often feels too crowded when they jam the class.

The positive energy shown to new comers by the staff and even members was great motivation to keep us coming back. The workouts are tough but rewarding. Charlie and Joe are a great duo and for sure keep their classes joyful and energetic. Each glass gives me the same energy which is great that I don't have to book a specific time to get the workout that I need. I've attended many different times with a few people or a bunch and have gotten the best workouts no matter the size. I enjoy the group training type of session because even though there are other people the trainers are great at still giving one on one direction. They push you to keep going and to fight through the pain. Definitely getting your monies worth with this gym. This was the first gym I've been to that pushed me pass my limits and challenged me to want more every single class. We love the family atmosphere it's keeps us coming back. I've done workouts I've never done before! There is always something new. I've been so excited about TRFit that I find myself never wanting to miss a day.
