Butch and the rest of his staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and awesome. I have learned a lot in the first week and now know that every exercise can be modified to work for you! For example: I cannot do pullups but there are alternate exercises that get those same muscles working in hopes that one day I can accomplish them! All of the members have been very welcoming and the staff makes sure that they are providing tips so you are doing each and every exercise properly and safely. The gym is extremely clean and they ensure that everyone is following the proper protocols for Covid. I look forward to attending many more classes! The coach today was John and was great! I can definitely tell he is a good coach h e was walking around correcting and encouraging all of us. I am also very big on vibes! This gym had good vibes only! Not for nothing it's 7 degrees out today and the gym was packed! I freaking love it! The workout was solid today as well the strength portion was hang power cleans 5 sets of 5 I was able cycle through. The workout was 5 HPC, 200m row, and. 8 toes To bar. I was able to do the workout RX or as written the weight for the bar was heavy 105 for girls. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a gym. I'm happy at my current gym but I will say this place was defiantly well ran. The owner even put thought into how the lay out was to encourage new people. The squares are genius Hmmmm and efficient I would definitely pay to drop in here again! Also I was not freezing in the place! Nice! I was bummed when my friend didn't pick my gym ....but after today I can kind of understand her gravitation to this place! I will for sure at some point be back!

Louben, Sara, Darius and Noah care…read moreimmensely and are extremely skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable professionals, who understand both personal training and physichal therapy at the same time. They know how to do it right, and the team at Repke build personal relationships and foster a positive, connected, and effective personal training family that I look forward to participating in each training day. Before Repke, I was unable to find a fit after trying many trainers and was convinced I just needed to be a "do it myself" guy. Every trainer was too pushy, too cocky, or too unsafe. Repke is different and better. In addition to fostering a connected and energetic community, Louben requires that his team of trainers develop deep physichal therapy medical knowledge, and know how to do advanced muscle balance and be deeply attuned to form and all muscle groups. They build individualized relationships and customized plans for each person, and adjust those plans to your growth and changes over time and day-to-day needs. If you are actively doing something wrong, they step in with care and coach, correting, teaching, and guiding. They meet you where you are at, targeting exercises that hit your needs at your level of fitness, but not pushing you into what you can't yet handle, unlike others. Before Repke when I lacked guidance, I overtrained my upper-body "push" muscles as so many guys do, and between that and bad desk work posture, I developed very tight upper chest and upper cross syndrome. I couldn't reach and touch much of my back, and needed physichal therapy for immobility. With the Repke team, I've developed a personalized plan to undo that tightness and balance push and pull. I can discuss with them feedback from my physical therapist (who they knew because two of them had worked with her in physichal therapy before!!), and they immediately know what small muscle groups to train in addition to large ones and the best and medically most effective *and* safe exercises to use, and how to truly *teach* and *coach* the form to make those exercises work. This has magnified the effectiveness of my ongoing physichal therapy and I feel like I have a comprehensive, personalized, fully invested team. As a former teacher and coach, game recognizes game. I know of nowhere else I could work with a trained Muay Thai coach and fighter who is also a skilled, physichal therapy medical professional (Darius, you are the best!). I intend to be a member of the Repke community for my lifetime, and I highly recommend you join, too. Repke Fitness is for anyone looking for caring trainers who know what they're doing, and who want to make sure they are doing it *right* and are looking to join a community working to live healthy together.

My parents have been training with Louben and his team for over two months now and I'm seeing very promising results in balance, strength and functionality. I am very pleased with their progress, (given their advanced age), and the fact that Repke Fitness has helped them accomplish that safely. The biggest success in my mind occurred just yesterday, when my mother (85), caught her foot and tripped in an unavoidable fall, and then immediately said "No worries--I've been practicing getting up from the ground", then she proceeded to do just that! I know for a fact that she did not have that skill in August when she started working out there.

I was looking for a crossfit gym to improve my health. I was hoping a program would keep me…read moreconsistent. Like other crossfit gyms they require you to do an intro class. Using their website, I signed up for an appointment. The intro class was at 4pm. Ok not ideal, but I happened to be working from home so I thought I could make it. I show up 5-10 minutes before the class began to take care of questions and waivers. The only person there was an older lady. She asked me to have a seat in the gym while I waited for the instructor. I waited for 12 minutes passed the appointment time before I walked out. As I was leaving no one offered me an explanation or an apology. This is not a good way to run a business. Do not leave you potential clients waiting without explanation. Also their price structure is unclear. Something I was hoping to have cleared up at the gym. The women there couldn't answer my question and the trainer never showed up. I'm sure the classes are fine, but they can't keep appointments. I'd hate to wake up at 5am to make a 6am class, only to have the instructor not show up or be so late that I couldn't take the class.

I was terrified to pick up a barbell, and in the intro class, you become familiar with the moves with a PVC pipe first. All of the coaches are amazing. They truly meet you where your fitness ability is and give you plenty of options to scale moves and weights to what you need. They also are really good about challenging you enough to get stronger. The classes are fun! They're hard, but you don't even mind when you are working out with people who are cheering you on and jamming out to the music with you. I've never met a better community of people to workout with. I genuinely look forward to going to the gym. There are plenty of times that work for any schedule and you have the option to go to open gym. It took me MONTHS to walk through their door, and I wish I did it sooner. Let me tell you, the coaches and members do not make this gym intimidating or closed off. I was so welcomed on my first day. Everyone cheers everyone on, no matter how small the win. These truly are functional movements and I already notice some ease of the physicality at work. I only have good things to say about this place. I'm so happy this was my first CrossFit gym.
