We bought a new car from Heartlands in July and were very impressed with their knowledge and manners. I know it's a simple thing, especially when buying a new car you would expect the sales person to be very willing to help as they are after your money but Heartlands Ford were great. The person buying the car was my wife and we had visited a number of other car dealers looking for advice as although we had an idea of what sort of car we were after we were still open to advice. Most other dealers spoke to me, not to my wife, even when I pointed out that it was my wife who was buying the car not me, at almost every dealer my wife came away feeling like a second class citizen - NOT AT HEARTLANDS, Once we explained our situation, what we thought we were after the sales person spoke to my wife, without being patronising and my wife really enjoyed the experience of buy a new car from them. Everything went to plan, there were no last minute problems and when we came to collect the new car everything went smoothly. Poor Service. There is this one guy with spiky hair who is not at all intersted unless you want to make a sale. It is all sales orientated and the staff only care about their commision at the end of the day. Go to Kingsbury Rd where they are much more helpful read more
