Here you will find a service team who are former Mercedes main dealer technicians and really know there way round the cars of any age. The beauty here is that you get a quality of workmanship of a main dealer, without paying main dealer prices. With the change in the law on servicing your car in accordance with your warranty this means you're no longer forced to take your car to a main dealer for scheduled servicing you can take your merc to WDM who'll do just as good a job if not better for a fraction of the cost. Wayne is the boss and there's nothing he doesn't know about Mercedes, he's been in his game for decades. Wayne also sells mercs and at the time of my visit there was an impressive range from large gas guzzlers to an 05 plate SLK for £5995. All cars come with a warranty.

They offered a no pressure sales environment and left me time to fully assess the vehicle. On the day I picked it up it came with fuel and a full first class valet. Had a minor issue with a/c needing to be topped up after a couple of weeks, but again dealt with very professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering buying a Mercedes or looking for someone to service and/or maintain it.

Offering a diverse selection of used cars tastefully displayed outside its small office building,…read morethis family-run motor dealer appears inviting and alluring upon passing, with a line of spotless hatchbacks facing out towards the high street, as if to wink at passers-by. What the passers-by don't know, however, is that behind the office and forecourt lays two additional indoor garages, home to a much broader and much more varied collection of cars. I discovered this on a recent visit to view a sporty little Toyota Celica, after selling my previous car online to a long-distance buyer. The car was priced at just under £3,000 and a member of staff took me out in it for a test drive after I'd looked round the vehicle in one of his spacious garages. The car was fantastic to drive, with superb grip and a very sporty feel. However, I disliked the staff's pushy sales banter and decided to leave it due to being unsure about the colour and condition of the interior. A week later, I spotted a similar car online for £2,250. It had a better specification, lower mileage and was in much, much better all-round condition. The staff at Boldmere Motor Company are friendly and their forecourt may be enticing, but be warned: the cars here are overpriced and you're likely to find a much better deal somewhere else.

Andy gave me, what turned out to be, an honest appraisal of the car, and was happy for me to place a holding deposit on the car to allow me to travel to see it and agreed to have it M.O.T'd before my arrival. Upon physically seeing the car, it did not disappoint and was prepared to a high standard and drove well on test drive. My relatives requirements changed in terms of the vehicle she was looking for and I did not go ahead with the planned purchase of the VW Golf. Andy returned my deposit without any fuss and was what can only be described as a gentleman in the circumstances.

Avoid those cowboys at all cost. Cars they are selling are…read morenot only in bed condition but they are profoundly dangerous to drive. The car I bought started suffering from major defects in the first week since I purchased it. This includes: faulty EGR, traction control, collision control, Faulty DPF, oil pressure. Rear wheels had couple of nuts missing and one of remaining nuts was loose. There was not a single week without any problems. The car mechanic they use : Rasell from K.R. autos needed three attempts and three weeks to clean the EGR valve and another month to replace it. MJC not only disrespect you as a customer but they disregard any legal requirements. I tried to exercise my consumer rights (consumer rights act 2015) and I tried to return the car twice. On both occasion they not only laughed into my face but also became unpleasantly aggressive. I have spent some time (unfortunately after buying the car) to analyse some positive reviews they have on FB. It looks like most of them are from fake FB accounts with no activity. Warrantywise they sell is worthless. And it is used by MJC as a gimmick to sell you some junk. At one point, during one of the disputes, they suggested to use WarrantyWise with hope that I would get a full refund from WarrantyWise if its decided that my car is not repairable. Those people are not unprofessional, those people are dangerous.
