Total waste of time garage. Creepy old bloke does all the sales and he is stuck in the 20th century. Service department say they will do their best but that is clearly not good enough.... Our car has been back in the garage 6 times since purchased in late 2009. I agree the receptionist is rude and has no knoweldge of cars. Definately not a female friendly garage, we were fobbed off with excuses and lies about parts not being in stock. Got in touch with Hyundai customer service and they told us parts were in but they just didnt have time to do it. This problem with our i20 is still ongoing and has been so for 2 months. We were told to carry on driving our car even though the emissions light kept flashing, and even though the car sounded terrible and was mis firing. They told us the problem was a re-call and when we checked with Hyundai they told us it wasn't. We weren't even offered a courtesy car by the garage and it was down to us to phone them and book a day to take the car in a week and a half after initially taking it in. Even then we had to wait another week just for parts to come into stock and as previously mentioned they were already in stock! Do not bother with this garage - its more trouble than its worth which is a shame really because Hyundai cars are fantastic on the whole and very affordable. Go over to Hinckley or Sutton instead for better service all round. read more
