Someone once told me that Heritage cars had a Delorean DMC-12 for sale, since then I have always…read morewanted to go along to see if this was true. I have always admired the car from the Back to the Future films and had only ever seen a DMC-12 at Universal Studios in Florida. When I got here I was very disappointed that the Delorean wasn't here, I even asked. The response was a short and sharp no, making me feel a bit silly. The most interesting car they had was a Vintage Ferrari, something that was nice to look at, but nothing special. The selection of cars in the showroom was quite small, I expected a lot more. I was quite disappointed as a result and decided not to take any of the cars for a test drive.

Oh. And Em. And also Gee. This is not your average second hand car dealer. As the name suggests,…read morethese are luxury British cars with a huge price tag. Heritage Car Collection have a small but perfectly formed collection of Rolls-Royces and Bentleys, along with other British makes. The staff in here are approachable, they know their cars and they aren't pushy. They also possess a certain detached somberness that is useful when selling cars at an eye-watering cost. I'm looking at what most consider to be the classic sports car: A red Ferrari 360. At £70,000, (even though its got just 27,000 miles on the clock), I'm not going to be driving this baby out of the showroom today. I guess I'll have to settle for a valet on my existing model! STAY AWAY from these people. They are liers and absolutly out to rip you off. I had a car from them…read morewhich cost £4500. The tyres were worn which i replaced which was fine as the milage was high. Unfortunatly within six weeks of purchasing the vehicle and doing less than 300 miles several problems appeared. Two shockers had leaked anti roll bar had broken Engine light came on DPF Light came on and the engine switched into limp mode. I asked them for help and spoke with trading standards who said i was entitled to reject the car but i have to park it up. With no money to buy another car and my disabled daughter having to attend multiple appointments this was not an option. I south to repair the car which i took to Mazda for there proffessional opinion. They were very helpful. But just to get the engine out of limp mode would cost £1300 just for the part. The all the other thing plus labour made this new purchase very stressful and a complete disaster. All Mansel motors offered to do was to get someone round to turn off the engine light for £20. Which i would have to pay. I eventually got the car fixed through a garage. It cost £300 for the bits on the car to be repaired and another £400 for the dfp filter to be removed and the engine remapped. This obviously not done by Mazda as it would cost to much. They were very unhelpful and told me the car was mine and i had to sort it. The shoddy warrenty the gave me didnt cover it but they told me to find a garage that would lie on the invoice so i could claim the money back. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!

WORST DEALER EVER!!! SCAM ARTIST!!! STAY AWAY!!!…read more I brought a car of this dealer about a year ago and had nothing but problems with it. The dealer agreed to take the car to a garage and fix all the problem but backed out and done nothing as it would have cost too much. I tried to contact the guy several times but he now ignores all of my calls. He is not a man of his word. This guy sells faulty cars and then ignores you, dont be fooled STAY WELL AWAY!!!
