A day after we took the car back we notice that 3 of the alloy wheels had the paint scraped off along circumferential outer edge of the rim.We believe it was caused during tyre fitting process as it looked like something had rubbed along the outer edge, which is consistent with the motion of a tyre fitting machine, and didn't like the typical curbed damage. After raising a complaint with the service manager, they refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Overall, we feel that we have been betrayed and that we can not trust this Toyota branch.

He did not rush us or force us to pick a car, which we really appreciate. Habs showed us a number of potential cars, as he search all dealerships to get the right price. He gave us an amazing price on the car we liked and talked through the finance options.
