All aspects of the service were explained to me, and I was asked whether any additional work needed to be brought to their attention. A confirmation email was received following my booking. The excellent 5 star customer service continued when it came to the day of the service. A phone call was made to me to inform me of the additional work that needed to be carried out, asking for my permission for this to be done after dropping my car off. They then telephoned me to let me know my car was ready for collection. When it came to collecting my car a breakdown of the work carried out was given, including future work that required to be carried out was explained to me fully. A visual health check document was given, so I could clearly identify what work and checks had been done on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this garage again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Dealer called BSM in Lichfield to get the codes for computer as I didn't have the service book with me, we were told it was not possible to get them from my file as it would take too long! Girl on phone was rude and abrupt. Then ended up speaking to sales manager as service manager was out, only to be told he could do nothing and stated that I had not purchased the car from them. Ended up being recovered from Hull. As I had been a customer for the last 5-6 years (my car and my wifes) I found this level of "service" unacceptable, and they have now lost a customer

I cannot recommend this guy enough, this should always be your first stop to look far a great car at a great price. I had mine delivered through Carl, and although I live 200 miles away in Hastings, he was more than happy to arrange this for me aswell as the tax. The car was delivered on time and without any hitches, well worth looking further afield rather than locally! It was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

They cleared down the fault, and ask me to montior any changes whilst driving. I asked how much this would be for doing the diagnostics, and they nothing. As it was due for a service I booked it in, and as the car had the Jaguar Allegiance card, I also got a discount on the service price. When I went to drive my car away, I noticed that they had done a complete valet insdie and out. Very impressed. Definitiely recommend.

If they take the car in for the morning, it will be done in the morning and they don't try and charge you for added extras that you don't need. They also send you a reminder letter when your next service is due plus a text if you give them a mobile number. We also wen into see about a part exchange for a new car. The salesman was chatty and friendly and we were seen to straight away. He didn't offer a very good deal but could probably have been pulled down if we'd decided to go ahead with the deal. They always have plenty of cars both new and second hand on the forecourt to look at. These are reasonably priced.

The staff at solihull are friendly and polite at all times and make you feel very welcome and I know when it is time for my service that I can have a chat with them and this will make the experience very relaxing ,. They have a decent selection of cars available, which are parked out on the street during their opening hours. Their window display also has a whiteboard showing their full stock list. Their repair and MOT centre does a brisk trade. As I have a pretty old car I have trouble with it from time-to-time and I always ask the fellas there to take a look. Most of the time they simply offer advice (such as the time my wife left the car without petrol in it.....rather embarrassing!) but on the odd occasions they have done actual work on the car they have always been reasonable in their estimates and prices.
