We planned a drive from Memphis to Kentucky and went a specific route around having lunch here. I have been trying to get a visit since he was in the old trailer down the road. My only visit to Martin before, he was closed. Our server was like Southern Sweet Tea. Just dripping with sugary sweet goodness. She was a joy in my life for this great food moment! My kid is strange and got French Toast Sticks off of the Brunch Menu. I will say they looked great and came with a bad ass line up of dunking condiments. She ate almost all of it. She did also eat all of my sausage and Mac & Cheese too. C got the smoked chicken with Alabama White Sauce, added a sausage link, and had Brussel sprouts and deviled eggs with it. She fell in love with the white sauce at Big Bob Gibsons and seeks it out now. She loved it! She hates my BBQ quests most of the time but she even said we gotta come back here!! Win!!
