Needles to say, our pup had a rough start to life. Over the first few days in his new home, our pitbull showed serious signs of mistrust & early aggression. We tried a recommended trainer, whose intentions were entirely good, but the experience was less than positive. It was at this point in time that Leroy came into our lives. Another trainer, after meeting our pup, was kind enough to ask Leroy to drive all the way down to S. Orange County. Leroy canceled his entire day for this trip, with the sole desire to help a dog in need. Within 20 minutes of entering our home, Leroy had our pitbull in his calm & loving arms. After another 15 minutes, the dog was jello in our arms. A week later, our pup spent the night with Leroy & his family. After picking him up from his 1st 24hrs, we've noticed marked improvement. A week at home with us & once again he is back with Leroy for a long weekend of training & socialization. Now, not to mislead anyone, as we have had our fair share ups & downs over the past month, but every day has been an improvement. For those of you that have adopted rescue dogs, you know that it can be an incredibly trying experience. I strongly believe that Leroy came into our lives at a time of need. God has given Leroy an incredible gift. I truly believe he has been given the intangible gift to speak with dogs! If you, or someone you know, is in need of a dog whisperer, I strongly urge you to contact Leroy at Mission Underdog Group (MUG)!

On May 10th 2019 3 of my mother's dog's were left with Leroy and his Mission Underdog group so that my mom could enjoy a Mothers day weekend. Upon our return i was informed that one of Leroy's pitbulls had mulled one of my mother's terriers to death. It took 2 days for Leroy to address this matter and to this day Mr Singh has done absolutely nothing to replace or confort my moms regarding her companion of 9 years.

It's taken some time for me to get around to writing this. I hope the day never comes when you need…read moreend-of-life care for your dog. I hope that you are reading reviews of IVS Mobile Vets for any reason other than why I sought their services. But if that time has come, when your beloved pet can no longer continue pain-free and without complications, you are told you have options. Someone told me to "drop him off at a shelter" and "start the grieving process". Others said to take him to a vet and have him euthanized at the clinic. Cost being a factor, I was mortified at the prospect of having to consider either of the above options. Abandoning a family member to die alone and wonder why? Who can do that? I came very close to having to consider that option; that is until I found IVS Mobile Vets. Encouraged by glowing reviews, I called to inquire about end-of-life care services and pricing. Dr. Moore answered my call, and even before we could get to details, she solemnly and compassionately listened to me go on and on about my little Donnie, and validated my immense grief over what was to come. Moreover, despite prices for everything everywhere being at an all-time high, Dr. Moore quoted me at-home euthanasia and private cremation for almost $200 LESS than the next lowest quote that I obtained... and I had called over a dozen vets and organizations. Donnie went to sleep on February 15, at about 1pm. In the comfort and safety of his own home, while lying in the bed that we shared for over 13 years, he drifted peacefully, and I held him until his frail little body started to cool, I don't know if it was a 1/2 hour or 1/2 a day, but Dr. Moore left us alone and gave me the time I needed for closure. Dr. Moore was gentle, patient, and truly compassionate. Despite it being the most heartbreaking day of my life, the occasion was peaceful and life-affirming, and I will mourn and cherish that memory for the rest of whatever's left of my own life. Every corner of my home is a mine field of Donnie memories, and I can't envision a day when I could come home and not long to see his little face in the upstairs window, waiting for me to open the door. But, I am forever comforted to know that I did right by my little guy, loving and caressing him to the very end. Donnie's ashes were delivered to me in person about a week later, with a heartfelt card, dignified packaging, and supplemental literature on grieving. Thank you, Dr. Moore, for your kindness, compassion and integrity. Truly an angel of mercy.

We had gone through the at home euthanasia process before but that never makes it any easier. Dr. Moore gave us realistic but gentle and careful guidance during my pup's last days. She was very accommodating and extremely respectful and culturally understanding of all our household attending the process and mourning. Literally could not have found the most timely yet kind vet for this difficult process. From the beginning to the end, and even to the delivery of ashes right before the holidays, we are so grateful for Dr. Moore and genuinely recommend her for not just this difficult process, but general pet needs as well.
