What attracted me to this practice initially, was how unique it was from others I was considering. I am referring to brain re-training. This is a critical piece to healing and often overlooked. Having been given the tools, I practice my mind re-training, breathing and gratitude every day. Family members I visited while on the program mentioned to me how much calmer I am now. My hair is growing in and my dry eyes, while not yet healed, are less painful when I waken in the morning. All team providers are readily accessible between scheduled appointments and were all prompt for scheduled meetings with me. A shout out to Joy (office support). She got those supplements/remedies to me very promptly and e-mails initially explaining the program and who to contact were thorough and left nothing to question. She came across confident in being able to help improve my next cycle. Unfortunately some of the supplements she prescribed worsened my endometriosis severely to the point I have to undergo surgery. Specifically MACA and DHEA, I had a cyst that tripped in size while taking these in which my Endo surgeon confirmed that supplements like MACA and DHEA make symptoms worse. I put my trust in Dr. Galante and regret not double checking her recommendations with my own research. Honestly in retrospect, I could have just order the tests myself and used chatGPT to find supplements. There was no value in seeing Dr. Galante. She also had me take a DUTCH test knowing full well I was on estrogen supplements and that the test would be omitting valuable information. When I came to her with the issues I was experiencing she wrote back to book another session, clearly only focused on the money, I did not feel cared or supported by her, in fact she didn't even have a direct email address, you have go through the admin for which for what you are paying is ridiculous.
