When I refused and asked for alternatives, they looked at me like I was crazy; as if I were supposed to just jump because they made a suggestion. The male doctor here lacks bedside manner, was rude, and condescending. I don't think he's a regular at this location but when I told him my son chipped his tooth his response was "why did you let him do that?" I got a second opinion at a better location which actually provided more options for my son than filling the chip with silver diamine. Despite me telling this location that I found another office, I keep receiving calls and texts saying that my son is due for an appointment. After my first visit I would never visit this office and advise other parents to find a better office.

Dr. Shah was so friendly, easy going and non judgmental. He met my girls at their level and explained everything step by step. He was not pushy if they were scared or hesitant. I will warn others to please ask all the questions and research thoroughly before deciding this. I really would have hoped the staff should have clearly told me the cost involved. I had purposely kept the sealant appointment at a future date in order to check with my insurance. But when we came for another appointment, we were told they could do the sealant and most insurances would cover this as this comes under preventive care. This wasn't the case though and I feel mislead by the staff. I feel I was intentionally misled to get the sealants done. I had specifically raised the concern with the staff just before the sealant was applied that i am afraid insurance will not cover this, but i was assured that this was preventive and should cover it. However when i go to the front desk, I hear a totally different tune that insurance usually does not cover this. I definitely think this is a scam to rip off $ from patients.

Dr Jenny Kim is amazing and Jen the hygienist was incredible with my son. They explained everything to him and made it fun to have your teeth checked. Dr Jenny offered great advice and how my son's treatment for the next visit would go. He was able to pick a prize out of the prize basket for doing so well! It was all over an amazing experience. Since then, only a few years later, all 3 kids have had deep cavities UNDERNEATH sealents. I have had them looked at by more than one Dentist and it is conclusive that the sealents were not done correctly. They ended up charging us almost $200 for X-rays. They said that only the doctor's consultation is free, but not the X-rays. I was outraged by the hidden charges when I thought free consultation means Free!! Do not go there if you really want a Free consultation!
