I've had two visits for the fitting and making of a crown. If that's enough of a basis to judge, it is a very solid office, well run. Dr. Grossman had a good manner for me, a fairly anxious kind of a dental patient. I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Grossman and the particular dental assistant I drew, Philomena, who was involved in both of my visits. I don't think there is any other dentist in this practice, just the key man; if that's correct, it means you don't end up in the less-experienced hands of a sidekick practitioner.

Not only that, but their office has always been especially understanding. Early on, when I was just starting to work with Dr. Mittal's office, my wife was going through cancer treatment. I was a bit of a mess and had been late to more than one appointment. However, Dr. Mittal's office never charged me a late fee or made me feel any shame for the inconvenience. That alone has made me a loyal patient here. My wife is now in remission and I have been cavity free for about a year now. They ended up charging us almost $200 for X-rays. They said that only the doctor's consultation is free, but not the X-rays. I was outraged by the hidden charges when I thought free consultation means Free!! Do not go there if you really want a Free consultation!
