I've had two visits for the fitting and making of a crown. If that's enough of a basis to judge, it is a very solid office, well run. Dr. Grossman had a good manner for me, a fairly anxious kind of a dental patient. I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Grossman and the particular dental assistant I drew, Philomena, who was involved in both of my visits. I don't think there is any other dentist in this practice, just the key man; if that's correct, it means you don't end up in the less-experienced hands of a sidekick practitioner.

The Doc Leonetti took me step by step (I didn't have general anesthesia) thru everything, and I was out in 25 minutes. Recovery is rough tho -- I hoped for the best but I did need to follow up and get more meds -- I got to talk to the actual doc and then they sent in a refill. Apart from charges for tooth extraction - they charged us $50 per visit for ppe and extra charges for consultation. Insurance companies will not pay for consultation if done on the same day as the procedure. Calling there billing department will not help.
