He did a great job with orthodontic work for me and my kids and is never rushed or flustered. All members of the office staff know you by name and everyone greets you personally as you walk in. It is a very nice office that looks more like a decorated high end furniture store with state of the art technology and equipment. Not only did they make the Invisalign experience seamless, they were also willing to address any minor tweaks and patient satisfaction seems to always come first. They go above and beyond with customer experience by celebrating patient birthdays with personalized cards and Dunkin Donut gift cards, offering ice cream bars in the summer and always rewarding patients with high quality branded items at treatment milestones i.e. water bottles, insulated coffee mugs and t-shirts that go beyond regular tchotchkes. Also great to see their sponsorship of school events in the community and giving back through charitable drives to help those less fortunate. There is a reason they are rated 5 stars from almost 500 reviews on Google and I wanted to make sure folks on Yelp also knew this is the place to go for any orthodontic work.

Few other things but nothing major.... Dr Slawek wasn't in so I was seen by another doctor, which was fine but she had no clue about my case/ details. I have always had a great experience with their staff, their facility is beautiful and clean, but they blew me away even more with their attention to detail during this time. I received a text that when I arrive to stay in my car and text them that I am there, they then sent me a text asking me a couple questions about symptoms and contact with others and then told me they would text me when I should come to the door. During which they sent a link for a very cute video ! When it was time, I met them at the door and they took my temperature and then I was brought in to a private room for my check up. I have now spent over $12,000.00 in their office in less than a year on root canals and crowns (with INSURANCE). Both crowns have fallen out in less than 6 months (2). They are the wrong shade and do not match the other teeth (very white and obvious). They recemented them back in (charged and billed insurance/running up my benefits for the year on work that was already paid for, upwards of 4,000 a tooth). I could not have booked an appointment due to their cancellation policy. Mind you, I spoke directly to the office and note my chart that I had not cancelled my appointment and yet they continue to state I did not cancel within 48 hours of said appointment and therefore they BANNED me from making appointments. So, here I am with a mouth full of VERY EXPENSIVE, mismatched, broken teeth, in pain, and cannot even make an appointment for repairs. I can only call on Wednesday's and hope for a cancellation. My last visit to Crescent resulted in a perfectly good lower molar that was drilled down and cracked in half, while the dentist was recementing my upper molar crown back in. So now, another dental repair to a good tooth that is now broken. I have since obtained a new dentist, reputable, reasonably priced, and in the process of having the $12k worth of work done at Crescent Dental redone as the new dental provider stated they did a root canal and crown on the upper molar that is not viable. I need to start an implant process ($6k) to replace the unnecessary $5k upper molar that Crescent did in March of 2026, basically now an $11,000k tooth, not to mention the cost of the office visits for repairs. I was informed by new dentist in June that the tooth should never have had a root canal and crown as it would not have worked. Money thrown away on a useless, expensive crown. I have reached out to my dental insurance as Crescent was submitting claims that were not valid, such as a mouth guard, office visits, xrays, etc. They are investigating Crescent Dental for false claims. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CRESCENT DENTAL or any of its affiliates as they are shady. They do not do good work, cause more harm than good, unprofessional, rude, and simply looking to get paid. Yes, they are more expensive than a regular dentist as he is a Priemer Dentist, meaning he submits claims at the highest billing rate and you get stuck paying more than other dentist and runs down your allotted benefits for the year. It is unethical. MEDICAL MALPRACTICE!!!!

Let me tell my story today at Team Dental. I scheduled my appointment for 3h30pm for an emergency…read more(I had my crown lose in front of my mouth, I am bleeding with pus in my mouth so I worried about infection). I got there 10 minutes early to get ready for my appointment. They called me in around 3h40 and went to the room and waited, waited till 4h15 or so when the doctor came in. No excuses about the delay, just plain and simple " please sit" (by the way, I sent my files from a previous appoitnment around 10 am today, so he could take a look). After back and forth communication, around 4h30 he said he needed to attend another patient while he was thinking about my case. All right....after 1h being there, it sounds fair right? Then around 20 minutes later he came in again and we came to a conclusion: I will have to wait a week to get my mold done. Then I asked him, do you think I can wait a week like these? He was silent.....anyway....Then we jumped to a fast solution and he said he would bring someone to give me price and so on....another 15 minutes and nobody came (even when I asked two times where was the person to give me pricing). I could hear the employees chatting in the hallway, but nobody came to speak with me. By 5h30 I decided to leave - 2h in the office and I left worse than I arrived. The office was pretty busy I must confess, but my experience was horrible. How would anyone like to stay 2h in the office with an emergency and leave empty handed to look for another dentist in the day after?
