Doctor Friedlander is amazing. He has been my dentist for over 10 years! He is kind and understand…read moreand very compassionate....he actually cares....imagine that in this day and age. Staff is great also. Happy I found this practice.....ps....they dont take my insurance but I am happy to pay the difference, I cant even imagine going elsewhere. This planet needs more docs like Dr. F

TERRIBLE. After…read morebeing treated so poorly after they left glue on my teeth during the Invisalign process, being told that "my perspective" of glue on my teeth is in my head, being incorrectly fitted for invisalign on the bottom (which caused my gum to recede so much that one of my teeth became visibly loose), being lectured about how the ill-fitting tray now needed to be replaced and they would have to "see what they could do" as if it were my fault that they didn't fit the tray properly (I RELIGIOUSLY followed instruction and never missed a minute of wear time), failing to perform the in depth cancer screenings that I specifically requested due to family history... The list goes on. The point of no return was when I arrived at 4:19 for a 4:15 appointment and was turned away b/c I was late. The hygienist actually went home and was no longer in the building. This was the first time I was ever late to an appointment and they didn't even bother to call me - not to mention I usually have to wait 10-15 minutes past my appointment time before I get called back. I will never go back there and I do NOT recommend this place.
