I then showed her my insurance print out and told her that i cannot pay more than what was advertised. She then went back in her office and came out with the numbers corrected to reflect the amount from my insurance doctors finder page and i asked her if she was sure that this was all that I would pay. She assured me that that was all. After paying $700 down and $150 a month for 12 months for a total of $2,538 plus another $1000 from my insurance for a total of $3,538 as agreed, they are now billing me for an additional $1451 saying that my insurance should've paid more. Trying to get me to take this up with my insurance company when She knew from the beginning that my insurance was only paying $1000. I showed her the documentation. This is a total scam and now i have to get a lawyer smh. I am pissed and I do not recommend this place at all. I don't even know if the braces worked or not.
