Dr. Rose was so friendly and the staff were great at warming up my little one up to the new environment. They even put our name on a sign along with other kids who were coming that day so we felt welcome! Apparently the kids don't actually sit in the chair until 3+ so we'll come back every 6 months and have our child lay on the dentist and I knee-to-knee for quick checks. When I did not hear back concerning the authorization, I stopped in and gave them the new insurance card for my file. Today is January 27th and they have not yet sent the information to the insurance company to get the authorization for the crown. I was told that they couldn't sent the request in before Thursday. I can see why their reviews are so low.

When I took my daughter for a cleaning today they told me I owed $240. I did not receive any call or email prior to this saying we owed money. The doctor did not come speak with us despite the person at the front desk repeatedly saying "you can talk to the doctor" The front desk employee said it was an "Estimate" and said it read that way at the top of the treatment plan. When I showed her the document, she agreed it did not say "estimate" anywhere. We took off work to take our daughter to a cleaning and they would not do it. We loved it here at first but this felt very deceitful. Be careful!
