I showed up on time and was told to submit my husband's social security information along with our dental insurance. Strange, and contrary to what the prior admin had emphasized, we were ultimately not required to "pay upfront" although the staff did not provide reasoning for why different information was given. Is this part of the new patient screening process? The admins also seemed a bit judgmental for an office that routinely takes care of small children. But, the dentist seemed reasonably knowledgeable and efficient with his services. His staff could use some kindness training.

Dr. Rose was so friendly and the staff were great at warming up my little one up to the new environment. They even put our name on a sign along with other kids who were coming that day so we felt welcome! Apparently the kids don't actually sit in the chair until 3+ so we'll come back every 6 months and have our child lay on the dentist and I knee-to-knee for quick checks. On January 7, 2026, I called and gave them the new number. I need a crown for an implant I got in December. I had checked beforehand to see that my dentist was in the new provider's network. When I did not hear back concerning the authorization, I stopped in and gave them the new insurance card for my file. Today is January 27th and they have not yet sent the information to the insurance company to get the authorization for the crown. I was told that they couldn't sent the request in before Thursday. I can see why their reviews are so low.

Lied about not being able to offer gas for my daughter to have her cavity filled during…read moreCOVID (I found another dentist who said there was 0bteason not to and did 2 weeks later) and obviously the reason was he was over booked and trying to rush as many patients through that he could see in the shortest amount of time. Without gas, my day was quite anxious but went thru the novacaine needle ok but when Dr Rose was ready to have her drilling begin, she said she wasn't numb. Annoyed, he tried to keep drilling but when she said she a could still feel the pain, he came back with another needle, clearly annoyed with her and numbed her up so badly she couldn't feel her eye and wasn't able to eat for way longer than the usual novacaine needle. Never again.
