My son is 7 and we had to find a new dentist after 4 years with our previous dentist who recently…read morestopped accepting dental insurance & is cash only. Our experience yesterday was exceptional! The office is clean, warm, & welcoming. The entire team is professional, friendly, and efficient. I was so impressed with how they utilized the previous records from our other dentist to make decisions. My son has Cystic Fibrosis and the team wanted to be sure they connect with his Physcian to see if there are any specifics important to his dental care as it relates to his condition. Dr. Stollman also referred us to an Orthodonist stating that she may be able to do something now to prevent the need for braces in the future. Our last dentist told us to begin saving our money, that our son would need 2 sets of braces to fix his teeth! SO HAPPY we made the switch. This practice is FANTASTIC!

As a…read morefirst time mom I wasn't sure what to expect with a first dental visit, but apparently it's pretty simple! Dr. Rose was so friendly and the staff were great at warming up my little one up to the new environment. They even put our name on a sign along with other kids who were coming that day so we felt welcome! Apparently the kids don't actually sit in the chair until 3+ so we'll come back every 6 months and have our child lay on the dentist and I knee-to-knee for quick checks. We were in and out pretty quickly!

I showed up on time and was told to submit my husband's social security information along with our dental insurance. Strange, and contrary to what the prior admin had emphasized, we were ultimately not required to "pay upfront" although the staff did not provide reasoning for why different information was given. Is this part of the new patient screening process? The admins also seemed a bit judgmental for an office that routinely takes care of small children. But, the dentist seemed reasonably knowledgeable and efficient with his services. His staff could use some kindness training.

My 6 yr old daughter had a prior bad experience at another practice, and this office went out of their way to be welcoming and gentle with her. Dr. Schocker managed to distract my daughter so that she was not aware of the tarter removal and fluoride. They have turned a traumatic and anxiety ridden process into a much easier task.

They have always been amazing. Although they can get busy at times, they still do their best to fit us in whenever possible. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and always honest and straightforward. The office is clean, and while the waiting area is small, it has never been an issue. Occasionally, other patients may be rude, but that is completely beyond the staff's control. Once you're brought to the back, the treatment rooms are spacious, which is especially helpful when accompanying my youngest child. The team has an immense amount of patience, something I truly appreciate firsthand. My son was not the easiest patient for several years, and they always made me feel comfortable--never embarrassed. I could say so many wonderful things about this office. We've been coming here for 12 years, and even though I live an hour away now, I've never even considered going anywhere else--that truly speaks volumes.

The waiting room is not clean and is very tight so you're sitting very close to other patients of all ages. Even the outside area and parking lot are dirty and very tight spaces to navigate - really not ideal for children and just a germ zest pool. The office management is poor, it's literally like pulling teeth (pun intended) to get them to answer the phone. Their registration & sign-in process is disorganized. There are plenty of other fine children's dentistries in the nearby area. Call one of them instead.
