I've been going to Dr Faust for years for all my orthodontic needs since around 2011. He's thorough and amazing at what he does. I always get compliments on my teeth and it's because of him! I can always get an appointment in a timely manner, the office is modern and clean with a parking lot, there's a children's play area in the waiting room (for those parents) and best of all, he's honest about what you need and what you don't. He genuinely wants you to be happy with your smile. He always makes himself available to his patients. (Even on a holiday weekend!) A real gem! There's also an award system with tokens redeemable for gift cards as incentives for patients, children and adults alike. His staff is super friendly and efficient. I moved away from the area and I still drive to his office if I need anything. If you're looking for an orthodontist, you'll find everything you're looking for in this office. Dr. Faust and his staff have been nothing short of phenomenal with helping my daughter get that perfect smile that we all want. When we started with the group 7 years ago, my daughter had a lot of issues with her teeth including spacing gaps, overlapping teeth, etc. they started her off with braces (stage 1) to get the large gap issues corrected. Stage 2 had Jocelyn using Invisalign, which she's had last last two years. My daughter is officially done with braces and has a beautiful smile, which has given her better self esteem and confidence going into high school. Thank you Dr. Faust, and your staff, for helping make my beautiful baby girl an even more beautiful young lady! Dr Faust might just be the nicest doctor I ever met and I know alot of doctors since im a general dentist myself. He gets his first star for being the nicest orthodontist I know. His second star for hiring a wonderful support team. His staff is so friendly and caring. Third star for having night and saturday hours. Super convenient for a busy professional with a family like myself. Fourth star for using the newest technology including the Damon style brackets which are near invisible. My daughter has been going here for just over 3 years... I can't express just how clean and sanitary this establishment is. Staff is well groomed and friendly. The Dr is very nice and is VERY professional. He takes Ortho very serious. The place has a huge chandelier inside... building was an old bank with a huge cool looking vault. Tablets for the kids to play with while waiting, random monthly giveaways along with themed treats / freebie goodies and chocolate coins! Can't beat this place. When you first walk in, you're greeted by Renee who's the office manager. She is so energetic and fun to talk to unlike a lot of secretaries in the Philly area who are really ignorant. I told my good friend John about this place and he's been going here too. He loves the staff just as much as I do from Dr. Faust to the assistants Robin, Laura and the treatment coordinator Andrea who did our x-rays. Next week my nephew has his first appointment here. My daughter loves going to Faust Orthodontics. First the office is spectacular looking and there are iPads in the waiting room. Second the staff is very warm and friendly. The dr is ok, easy to get along with, gets the job done and prices are fair. All of the office staff are pleasant except front desk receptionist Renee. She is loud and doesn't seem to understand what patient privacy and HIPPAA means. This is a problem and an embaresment because you have to talk to her when discussing your payment options for treatment. You also have to deal with her when making your payment and scheduling followup appts. The environment of the front desk is already open and it doesnt help that she pretty much shouts out everything so the whole office can hear what you are discussing. From my understanding she is a former employee of the old ortho who owned the practice, Alice Amsterdam. I assumed Dr. Faust kept her on after he took over the practice. Which was a mistake in my opinion because she doesnt fit in with the vibe of the others. His staff is laid back, accomodating and very, very nice. Where as though when you have to deal with her, you can tell her being nice is forced at times. I also witnessed the treatment and vibe she gave to an African American patient, was different than how she interacted with others....you get where im going. I just get the vibe she is there for paycheck and not really invested. With that being said that is why the 2 star rating. read more

I first went to Dr.faust about two years ago and have been coming back ever since if I ever had any issues with my fixed retainer. Dr. Faust and his staff are genuinely nice and I must say I am so please with the customer service. When going to see someone about your teeth, you want to feel like you are welcomed in the hands of people that will be working on them and they were. I like Dr Faust. My daughter was seen by another endodontist (who is reputable) and he wanted to immediately place her in braces. Dr Faust gave us an option to use tongue tamers to hopefully avoid early orthodontics and potentially reduce or eliminate treatment time when she becomes a teenager. I appreciate his honesty and I do agree that he is very nice and my daughter loves him. I also really like Andrea and Renee in the office. Really nice people. Something you absolutely need in a doctors office (no matter what the specialty). Trust me, I'm a pharmacist and I'm REALLY picky. read more

We love going to the orthodontist. Strange but true. We started early with getting braces and it's not always easy working with young kids and braces. It can be uncomfortable and the staff are always patent. always! The staff is very friendly, seems like they must all have some experience working with kids -- or maybe they are parents. We went one time for a mouth guard and they welcomed us in during "off" hours and we never laughed so hard or for so long. Who knew picking a mouth guard would be so much fun. (it's the staff, really. Super nice people.) Very neat and clean office -- bright and happy, everyone is attractive (with beautiful teeth!), always has parking (free because they purchased the bank building a few doors down.) We have been going for about a year and it's been delightful. Let's face it. braces are not cheap. so I'm thrilled to have a great experience for the money I'm paying. They are so friendly and we never feel rushed. When my daughter arrives, she feels like she belongs there because they are so happy to see her. The dental work has been superb -- and they take payment in whatever form I want to give it. (pay each visit, every three visits, etc). If there is ever a "pointy" part of the braces, or if my child is uncomfortable, they ask us to come back as soon as we can. They always make space. My daughter's teeth are beautiful... such a dramatic difference. And so quickly, with very little discomfort (usually just the first day) They run fun little contests for the kids (like wear a Faust t-shirt on vacation and send us a photo... win a gift card...) or wear your shirt into the office and you get two free music downloads. The kids love it. They work with the local schools as well. If a child has an appt, they can come before, during or after school and the office with be sure to check with the school -- ensuring the child got to school, etc. (you can walk back and forth to the school/office) I have no idea why everyone doesn't go to Faust. It's like a breath of fresh air... and nothing like my orthodontist (so many years ago) used to be. I can't recommend it enough. read more

I've been a patient at Faust Orthodontics since March of 2016. I've been beyond thrilled since the second I stepped foot in the door. Honestly, I have to attribute this to Renee in the front office. I was a little uncomfortable getting my teeth fixed as an adult, but she made me feel comfortable right away. She not only knows me as a patient but also as a person. Twice this year I had issues with my credit card being stolen and payments being declined. She privately spoke with me about this, and also called to make sure everything was okay. The entire staff here is amazing, and Dr. Faust is a perfectionist when it comes to teeth (exactly what you want in an orthodontist, right??) Staff is friendly. Office is beautiful. The patients proceed from station to station quickly & efficiently. From check-in to finally making their next appointment. The kids love the rewards program. They are awarded wooden nickels for good oral hygiene, which they store in the vault. Literally a bank vault - how cool is that! Then they can cash them out for great prizes (gift cards from Panera, Cenzo's, iTunes, etc). The office makes it so easy to pick up extra packs of bands any day of the week. With two kids, Faust Orthodontics has really been kind in accommodating our financial concerns, as well. Simply superb! read more
