I found the employees here to be rude, less than helpful, they flat out even lied to me! The lady I spoke with went to another room, came back and said these were not Rx able. I disagreed, even showed her the Rx on the Maui Jim site. She left again and told me they called Maui Jim and they said this Frame was not Rx able. How someone with no eye issues who had several eye exams found themselves to NEED GLASSES at 27 right AFTER hearing the young lady and young gentleman discuss how to sell me glasses??? Ridiculous!!! I will be contacting customer service. Hey and don't waste your time with their eye exams... the doctor is located in India and when they say "the doctor will be right with you" they mean on a screen. It's a VIRTUAL eye exam they charge $79 for!!!!!!!! Is that even normal to be able to scam patients that way? How do you expect to know anything about my eyes if you can't see them in person ? P. S: I called in today 3 days after paying full price for an eye exam and till no document. Marilyn is probably the worst supervisor I ever talked to in my life.
