I started going to Healthy Eyes when they took over patients from my eye Dr who was retiring. I had gone to him for 25 years.he was the best. Knowing he left my records with Healthy eyes told me he trusted them to give me the same level of care I had received from him. I have been very happy with Healthy Eyes care! They are also the only place in the entire area I can get Silhouette frames. My prior Dr carried the best, and I have been wearing only Silhouette frames since he recommended my first pair in 2000. Thank you Healthy Eyes for the great care, great Dr., and for carrying Silhouette frames!!! read more

Approximately May 27, 2025, I purchased one simple thick black GEEK aka NERD eyeglass frame through Amazon for $15.00. I brought the frame to Healthy Eyes Merced to have the lens prescription filled. It was my first ever visit here and Mia working behind the counter presented courteous and pleasant including today June 13, 2025 when I picked up my completed order. Next year, I plan to purchase a Bluetooth eyeglass frame. read more

Very pleased with our experience at Healthy Eyes Optometry. I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter for his first optometrist visit per recommendation of her pediatrician. We were taken in early, treated kindly and had everything explained so well. My daughter had been nervous but by the end she was comfortable and happy. She was even excited to pick out glasses. Both our glasses came in before the alotted 2 week period too. read more

The staff is friendly every time I go in, they make things really easy for me but I always feel rushed through an appt by the actual doctor. The first time I thought it was just me but nope, it's been every single time I go in. It's just always rush, rush, rush. Even when I went back because I felt my prescription was wrong he still rushed through it. read more

I went here recently because I changed insurance companies due to getting a new job. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I arrived a few minutes early and they took me back early. Exam was thorough, Dr was very kind. Ladies in the front helped me choose glasses and gave me a breakdown of the costs. Definitely recommend. read more

I went to healthy eyes because nobody else would accept my insurance and if they did, I couldn't be seen for another 4 months. Healthy Eyes got me in right away! This was my first time having an eye exam and I was a bit nervous but the staff was so kind and walked me through every step. They also helped me out so much with lenses, frames, and helped me understand more about glasses since I'm a newbie!! 10/10 recommend going to them for all of your eye needs! I'm definitely going to be back with my family so they can finally get the help they need! read more
