Post op you hurt, and you may even dread going to PT but you know it's necessary to make the best recovery. You walk in and are instantly greeted by Deisy and Samatha, both of whom have a genuine interest in where you are at with your pain on that day. 2. Deisy and Samantha will assist you with anything you are struggling with while you are there. They are friendly, positive, encouraging and very professional. I hope their employer knows and values the positive difference they make. It's refreshing to walk into a place and feel they actually care about how you are doing. 3. You can work with Pope, Nayer and/or Gil doesn't matter who is assigned to you to do your therapy that day; they are all dedicated and passionate about what they do. You can level with them, shoot straight, and they will customize your therapy so you get the best benefit from it. You can freely share your goals and let them know this is the part I'm struggling with and I need help to get past it. They will go above and beyond. read more

Where do I even begin on this review??!!! How about the appointment time to actually seeing the doctor. 2hours and 15 minutes. That's how long!!! We finally saw the doctor only to be told by him after 2 minutes of sitting in the room with us that he wasn't the right doctor for the job. He asked if I was able to see my sons previous neurologist/neurosurgeon. As he was simply a neurologist. If that was the option I WOULD HAVE!!!! Who wants to drive 2.5 hours away for a doctor ?? (I'll be doing that now after this visit) He even mentioned trying to get my co-pay refunded and will give me a referral. What was the point?!!! The staff at the front desk weren't helpful. They didn't ask me to fill out paperwork until they had my co pay. No one took a copy of my insurance card until after my "appointment" and was ready to leave.They were behind on appointments. Other patients waiting were there so long they needed to reschesule due to the wait. They double booked this doctor to top it off. When I asked about a refund on my co pay the manager told me "because your son saw the doctor we can't refund you" she even acknowledged that the doctor did nothing. The "exam" he gave him consisted of walking a straight line, asking about his pain, eye movement, holding his arms in front of him and if he's had any fevers. Seriously!!! This was an appointment I will never forget. I paid a $50 co pay for a service my child didn't receive. I don't live beyond my means and take my childrens health seriously, so $50 is a lot. Not including the bill I'm surely going to receive in the mail. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the Temecula Healthpointe to anyone. I would however recommend the staff in the front get better training especially when booking appointments. I explained what the appointment was for and they said Dr .Nick was who I needed. Now I have medical transportation to and from my all my appointments which I have been working on that for the past 10yrs. Thanks to Yani all my appointments surgeries and procedures have been going very smooth. I've been to multiple Healthpointe locations though I admire the way this manager she runs her crew and takes care of all her patients. So far I have had great service in the therapy department at the Temecula location. I have had three surgeries done in the last five years, so I have been to my fair share of therapy facilities. The experiences I have had in the other facilities have been horrible mainly because of the Physical Therapist's helpers. They have always been very dry and rude and expect everyone to know what to do on their own. I hope I get the names correct, but the two ladies (Vilma, Desi), that work at the Temecula facility, are very helpful and always go out of their way to help everyone. The girls make me want to go back to therapy every week, because of how they are making my difficult injury recovery much easier to handle. Without the two girls, I believe I would have had a harder time getting through the pain and depression of my injury. I have never written one of these, but I believe I really had to do one about these two great girls. Not many workers like this anymore. read more

I have to say that the team in the Physical Therapy department are wonderful. Amy and Bertha are extremely hard working and know what they are doing and are able to juggle multiple patients with smiles and concern for their patients. Gill is wonderful, he is the best physical therapist I have ever seen. He knows what he is doing and cares about his patients, I've watched how he is with all his patients and he truly cares about each one of us. At first glance compared to the others the place looked small and older equipment, but during g my visits here the staff was helpful, Gary is ver knowledgeable and personally adjusted my work conditioning routine. The new building is amazing and their staff is the best. All front office staff is very helpful and nice. I'm Doctor Kim's patient for over 6 years and have nothing but excellent experience.
