I had debilitating…read moreheadaches and nerve pain that made my head feel like it was being "buzzed" by electricity constantly. I was desperate to get some relief as nothing was working. I had never experienced an acupuncture treatment, but understood the concept. My initial visit to Heidi started with a complete review of my overall general health and what was troubling me. I had no idea at the time that Heidi had worked with athletes, so a concussion was something she was very well aware of. After my first treatment, my headache and buzzing dropped from a 10 to a 3 within a few days. Each day I felt better. The second treatment a week later really helped more and within another week, the headaches and buzzing were completely gone. Such relief! Knowing that my body was receptive to acupuncture, I asked her if she would be willing to work on an old leg injury. She promised nothing, but said it would be worth a try. I injured my IT band 7 years ago in a fall. As a result of the fall, I ended up with a hip replacement as well. Over the next 6 sessions which started out weekly and then moved to every other week - then every 3 weeks, I could actually feel a major shift and change in the way my leg was healing. Not only did Heidi provide acupuncture, she also employed Gua Sha (a form of Chinese medicine). This brought amazing changes to the scar tissue that had formed in my leg from the injury and surgery. To my amazement, the constant ache in my leg began to lessen. It's now to the point where I can play golf without pain. I've even begun to play almost every day without having to take an Advil or ice my leg. From agnostic to believer, I better understand just how quickly acupuncture can resolve an issue in the body. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Becky, whose kindness and pleasant demeanor immediately set the tone for a relaxing visit. I booked a 90-minute massage with Ashley and a 70-minute facial with Summer, and I can confidently say both services were outstanding. I suffer from severe lower back pain, and without me even needing to explain in detail, Ashley intuitively knew how to release my piriformis -- something not many massage therapists pick up on without prompting. I live in California and regularly get massages and physical therapy, and yet I was truly blown away by Ashley's skill and professionalism. In fact, I was so impressed that I tried to book a second session before heading back to CA. From now on, every trip to New Hampshire will include a massage with Ashley -- that's non-negotiable. My facial with Summer was just as exceptional. She is not only incredibly joyful and warm but also highly knowledgeable. The facial was wonderfully relaxing -- minimal talking, which I personally prefer in a spa setting -- and the anti-aging products she used left my skin feeling absolutely luscious. I only get facials a couple of times a year, but I'll be timing them now to coincide with my visits to NH just so I can book with Summer again. The only thing I wish they had was a jacuzzi for soaking before or after treatments -- but even without it, this spa earns a solid 10/10 in my book. I ended up needing to cover a coworker in Seabrook NH that day so I called tranquility two days in advance and said I can't make my appt because of work. They said no problem, it's cancelled, you're all set. A few months later I scheduled an appt again. I went in and had my massage. The lady at the counter took my gift card and gave me a receipt and I went on my way. I got a phone call about an hour later saying that I owe $60 because when I "didn't show for my last appt they took money off of my gift card automatically." I said I called and cancelled a few days before, she said I'm sorry they already took it off, it needs to be paid. I then went to voice my concerns to the manager and she said I needed to pay or they'll have to take other measures. I was extremely bummed and did not expect to be treated this way. If someone cancelled multiple times without enough notice I'd understand taking their money but I cancelled ahead of time and only cancelled once. That's the other thing, they didn't even tell me they took $60 off my card. If I had known that in advance, I wouldn't have gone. If you can find a different spa, I would.

This place was easy to book, was super accommodating, provided great service and were super friendly! The outside looks like a little red barn and inside was clean and had a relaxing/homey feeling! After a day of snowboarding (for the first time) my calves and feet were needing some attention so I ditched the slopes for the spa on day two of our trip. Although a full body massage sounded nice, I went for the Trail Mix Leg & Foot Treatment (50 Minutes at $65). This leg and foot was just what the doctor ordered! It begin with me turning on the massage chair ;) and a roasted chestnut soak and callous removal. For the next 35-40 mins my treatment included a whipped honey scrub, a skin softening chocolate mask, hot towels, a leg & feet massage with vanilla bourbon oil, lotion, & hot stones and finally ended with a Honey Heel Glaze treatment to lock in moisture -- and my feet and legs are still silky soft! At first Tarin was very gentle and I was worried the massage would be mediocre, but she blew it out of the water with the perfect deep massage on my calves and feet... She could feel how tight they were and really dug in. It was just what I needed! I do want to notate and give a shout out to Tarin for the awesome customer service when I was in a bind after making an appointment. My boyfriend went to the slopes and I was on my own... When I went to start the car it wouldn't start and as you know in this area, there is a lack of transportation if it's not to a ski resort. I called to explain the situation and she instantly said she would block off a little time after my scheduled appointment time to give me a little wiggle room to get there, and if for some reason, it didn't work out that she would not charge me a cancellation fee. This was so kind and accommodating, and I very much appreciated that understanding and willingness to be flexible despite my situation. It ease my mind they gave me time to figure out a way to get there and still enjoy my time without being stressed. Not all places will be this kind and accommodating, so I come in a small town spa for doing so! Like I said 10 out of 10 experience, I already told my boyfriend I'd be happy to come back to the area and if we do, I will definitely be making an appointment to come back here! Maybe I can talk my boyfriend into a couples treatment!

I went to Innate in You as a last chance before going to see a doctor and amazingly (I wasn't expecting it to work) the pain was gone by the time I left. Elisha spent most of the time on a muscle that she said was very tight and when she put pressure on it was very painful, but she released the tightness AND the pain after 30 or so minutes. I was able to go out the next day and walk a round of golf with no issue or pain. Elisha did a GREAT JOB!!!!!
