I was not impressed, unfortunately. For the price charged and for the initial positive impression and recommendations, I was expecting a more pleasant experience. The location from the outside looks very tired. It appears to have been built as a residential home along a fast neighborhood road. The building, both inside and out, needs extensive renovation if the business wishes to keep higher standards. The decor inside was cluttered in the enterance lobby and gaudy/tacky in the waiting area, with fake plants and generic soaps in the bathroom. There was no spa water or other luxury amenities on display or offered, just a tea machine and a quick "Do you want something to drink? No? Okay," by an older lady employee. My service room looked thrown together, there was a bench with a plastic cover for me to put my things, and the floor didn't feel like it had been swept for a few days. The white noise makers around the building were loud and irritating. I was offered a session in an oxygen chamber; this treatment should not be offered to general customers! Upon further reading, this treatment is used for scuba divers with the bends! After less than ten minutes, it left me feeling very uncomfortable and anxious. Luckily the stafflady was quick to get me out. I would not suggest this treatment to anyone I know. The two stars given are for the masseuse, Gayle. Her presence at this establishment seemed out of place, as her customer service skills and quality of therapeutic treatments surpassed anything I was provided by the establishment otherwise. If Gayle ends up moving to a more upscale, or better managed, location I may be interested in seeing her again. Otherwise, due to the overall experience I had; the staff service I received and the pricing; I won't be returning. read more

My spa experience at Ohm was amazing! i had the best massage of my life on two different occasions between Gayle and Joyce they both are excellent at what they do! the amenity area is perfect for going back and forth between the infrared sauna and the steam shower, but most of all the float room designed for two people and pure tranquility has to be my all time favorite! Ohm is a place that you can go with an amazing warm environment and staff dedicated to your specific spa needs! read more

I had the best experience one cold, wintry morning. I arrived achey and anxious, and left feeling bright and blissful. Parking was easy. The building looked friendly and inviting. The tea offered in the lobby was a nice touch, very thoughtful, and the beginning of the spa's personalized attention to every detail. The rooms were pretty and peaceful. The sound healing table was a delight! Every aspect of my foot and sauna service was professional and caring. Gayle is knowledgeable about many healing modalities and pours her maximum attention and expertise into treatments. Come to OHM for a great experience in natural health and wellness. I see Gayle for massages and she is a true professional. She takes the time to understand your body and determine what will be the most helpful for you. I also have my hair cut by Kerri Lee in the salon and OHM and that's great as well. It's very comfortable and relaxing. You can tell she has lots of experience and seems like a total nautural at what she does. They have an awesome infrared sauna, a steam shower, and great natural health and beauty products. OHM is definitely my go to place for a relaxing time. You can't go wrong! read more

OHM Lifestyle Center is my favorite place in Wolfeboro! At walking distance from downtown, it's where I get all my vitamins and supplements. I also get my hair cut by Kerri Lee, and she does such a great job! She's a perfectionist and the result shows it. Gayle, the owner and Massage Therapist, does a great job at making you feel welcome and is so knowledgeable about the body. You can tell that she really cares about helping her clients feel better, and she's really focused on creating a peaceful atmosphere for the Spa. read more
