There were two women, Kat and Cristy who immediately greeted me, friendly. I asked if anyone had time today for a walk-in. I had a couple hours before another appointment, and thought I'd give it a try. Kat said there would be an opening in about an hour. I had another appointment close to that time so I asked about a later time. I was booked for cut later on in no time! Super easy! Cristy was my stylist. She was super nice and accommodating. I had not cut my hair for Nine Months. Nine Months! So it was rather long and messy. I just wanted to get it cut and trimmed short but not too short. I asked her for recommendations, and she was awesome with ideas and looks for my type of hair. I was extremely pleased with how friendly and laid back she is and is easy to work with. The rates are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I would go back here again in the future. Maybe not nine months though. Hopefully sooner. LOL. I went here to try and make my hair look a bit more natural, a month ago I had gotten my hair…read morecolored a violet color at another salon and it faded to red, I wasn't a fan of the the red and so I came to Freedom Beauty Salon explaining how I wanted to get to something a bit more natural - this is what they gave me. I booked for the service with the most amount of time to be considerate of what they would need to do. The violet I had in there was the only color I had, and it was professional color. I am incredibly disappointed a dissatisfied and would not trust them to do my hair again. The foil work did not go to the root, nor did they bother toning to try and make it blend. I have never had a worse experience and would not recommend Freedom Beauty Salon.
