I showed up and they told me I didn't have an appt with her and had to go with someone else since she had a client coming in 30 minutes. When I pushed back and asked if the other client could use the other masseuse when they came, the front desk said okay. Then I began my massage, and after 30 minutes the masseuse was switched out without ever discussing this with me. When I said something upon the conclusion of the appt to the front desk the woman was nasty and unapologetic. She said the other client booked before me, so they had priority with the masseuse. She took no responsibility for the scheduling error and started attacking me, asking if the second masseuse wasn't good and what was the problem. I will not return to this establishment.

I got a 50 minute massage, and Judy made sure to ask what I felt comfortable with beforehand and if I had any problem areas. During the massage I got warm pillows on my back, a heated massage bed, and when it was time to be on my stomach, something to cover my eyes, a warm neck pillow, AND the bed was adjusted for maximum comfort. All that being said, Judy used pressure in ways that got the knots out but didn't make me want to cry. She used multiple techniques (fingers/arm/etc??) at the same time so there were different pressures and feels as the massage went on. I have no idea how to explain it but she has magic hands! I asked the employee to also cancel my massage, as we wanted to get massages at the same time, and I would call back to reschedule. They confirmed that they would cancel both appointments. 2 days before my scheduled appointment (that I now assumed had been cancelled), I received an automatic text asking me to confirm my appointment for today. I immediately called the receptionist to confirm, as I was told my appointment would be cancelled. She stated that the system must not have cancelled my appointment, but she would do so now. She also rescheduled us for the following month. At the time of my originally scheduled (and what I had now cancelled twice) appointment, I got a call asking if I was on my way to my appointment. I said no, and that I had spoken with someone on 2 different occasions over the past 2 weeks who confirmed that my appointment would be cancelled. I was told that the appointment was not cancelled and that I would be charged a "same day cancellation fee." I obviously was confused and upset, as I was not cancelling on the same day, but it was a mistake on the computer system and/or receptionist's end. I was told that a manager would call me back in 24-48 hours to resolve this issue, so I guess we will see if they actually call...

The only caveat is the schedule booking further out because it's her business. Which people will simply have to deal with, because it is what it is. She's not an octopus. She doesn't morph into multiple Kala's. I will say that if you're unfamiliar with Thai massage, it can be rather firm. I took a hot shower and slept like a baby after getting home. This was the best threading experience I have ever had. Thorough without pain, I left without any redness. I love when getting threaded and you can tell your being accurately checked if your brows are symmetrical, feel the thread go alongside your nose and almost across the eye the way your supposed to fill in with a brow pencil.
